Abel has been cutting my boyfriend’s hair for years, and since I’m the one who has to look at him every day, I figured it was only right to leave a review. He’s done an exceptional job bringing my vision to life—through my boyfriend’s secondhand instructions—and I’m genuinely grateful for Abel’s skill and attention to detail. I’d absolutely recommend him to any guys looking to impress a lady.

I felt so bad for my sister. She texted me this photo(below) of herself, when her session was almost over. At this point, of her session, she was worried that her hair wasn’t going to look good. She was right. Her hair looks awful, it’s very disappointing that a solution wasn’t provided and they still charged her $160. If your going to dye your hair at this salon, read her review on Yelp.

Love getting my hair cut by Sonia. My son loves her as well. She is a expert at coloring any color.

I’ve been going to Abel since Covid and have consistently had a great experience. I have curly, thick hair and typically get my hair colored and cut. I love his new salon and the way they have it decorated. I plan to continue going to him for as long as I can! His employees have all been super friendly as well. Thank you all!

Anaya absolutely crushed it. I was so afraid to go to a new stylist after moving up here and she made my hair look even better than I had hoped for and thoughtfully answered all of my hair care questions without trying to push any products on me. Such a great salon! Highly recommend

SONIA IS AMAZING. She came highly recommended to me when I moved to Phoenix about 3 years ago and I have been going to her since. I recently moved out of Phoenix and once tried a salon closer to my house, but decided that the travel to have Sonia continue to take care of my hair is well-worth it. She is great at listening to what I would like to do with my hair and very responsive. Sonia also did my hair and wedding party's hair for my wedding, and we got MANY compliments, it is exactly what I envisioned. She is a perfectionist and you can see that in the quality of her work.

My first time coming here and I will be coming back! I just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Anaya who cut my hair and made me look so good! Usually I just go to wherever I can get a cheap cut and call it a day but after what she did to my hair with the layering and the understanding of how to cut the hair of a guy who logs to keep it on the longer side I definitely will come back! I’m also usually very quiet and don’t talk much when I get my hairs cut but Anaya is such a great conversationalist I don’t think there was really a quiet moment in the entire process! Also getting shampooed at a salon is so underrated, if you’re used to just getting a quick haircut like I used to be than you are sleeping! The location also has a great overall vibe to it, and I felt so comfortable there. Definitely will come back again, and even more definitely going to recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to get their hairs cut the right way! Thanks Shampoo Ink and thanks even more to Anaya!
