my first appointment didn’t go as expected, but the salon immediately stepped up and made it right. Joel and Josie went above and beyond to fix my hair, and the results turned out amazing. The customer service was truly 10/10 they cared, listened, and made sure I left happy!! I have one more touch-up scheduled and I’m genuinely excited to go back. Thank you so much Josie for making sure I loved the end result!

Most importantly, she’s honest and realistic about what’s possible for your hair goals. When I came in, my hair had been through it—black box dye after a long brunette phase, and before that, platinum blonde (which Josie had cared for beautifully for years). You can imagine what she said, lol! Like any educated stylist who truly cares, she told me, "Melanie, we can get you to this level today, but to fully correct it while keeping your hair healthy, it may take up to a year—so embrace the journey." Who doesn’t want to be blonde right away? But Josie’s honesty and commitment to maintaining the integrity of my hair made all the difference. Every appointment was a step in the process, and we rocked every color along the way. Now, I’m finally platinum blonde again—and my hair is stronger than ever. I have visited this salon twice and it is my new go to! All the staff members there are so friendly. Tara, has helped transformed my hair to my dream hair. 1st with an amazing haircut and this time around she did her magic and fixed my hair color. The absolute best hair salon and hair stylist I have been to in Arizona!

Tara does such an amazing job! I have had her cut my hair twice so far and both times, the results were incredible! The cut was so good, it made my color look like it had been re-done. She is always so communicative and truly cares. She offers advice about which products I should try, and which ones I should probably avoid. She also makes sure I am absolutely certain before committing to bangs - which I am not….yet! I’ve already scheduled my next appointment and I’m really looking forward to see her work her magic when it comes to color 😀

I absolutely trust Tara with my hair and the process of getting it back to my longer length. She always made me feel comfortable, gave amazing advice and support about how my hair would look, especially when I am indecisive of what path to take. I have really curly hair and most places I’ve been to have never been able to cut it how I like it. I’ve been going here for a few months now though and Tava has killed it every single time! Super friendly and always does a great job. Will be coming to her for every haircut from here on out
