I found this place thanks to my sister. Jocelyn has cut my hair twice now and it has been exactly what I wanted each time. The first time I went in I had an uneven bob and she showed her knowledge and expertise by explaining how to fix it. Additionally, she was so patient with me (I get anxiety when cutting my hair) and listened to all of my concerns.

I had the best time with Santana! The salon itself is a very calm, elevated experience but I truly loved the quality and attentive service Santana brought. Truly an angel and now my go to, she fixed my bangs to exactly how I wanted. Bella is also so great and gave the best hand massage included with my service. Thank you very much and see you guys very soon!

$280 full refund I keep going back and forth abt leaving a review but honestly I’m astounded why stylist Jen did this to my hair. These hot roots look awful. I was just so shocked about how much of how I like the color and how the color change was so different from my usual black. I just didn’t notice it until I got to my car. I am a bit upset that I was left on messages for about 45 minutes just because I said I will come in on Saturday once again driving out of my way to fix my hair, I would still expect some professionalism of someone reaching out to apologize. For starters, the hair washer person also pointed out to the stylist and that the stylist literally said this is Virgin hair and that’s a new growth or something like that so I had a inkling something wasn’t right. Because I never said I had virgin hair. The stylist who washed my hair even said wow, your hair holds a lot of water and smiled when she said it which indicates damage. The owner called me and said I don’t know why you expect us to call you and I was just taking a back by his tone. He immediately was just so rude and said my opinion doesn’t matter and we don’t need you as a client. I had even apologized for making him feel defensive but as soon as I asked, how did you guys all let me leave looking like this? He started yelling at me a grown man. But I guess it’s a boomer generation. This place came highly recommended as a person who recommended it has fantastic hair as a matter of fact, everybody who works here has fantastic hair. I’m not sure if It’s because I arrived looking messy. I didn’t do any of my beauty maintenance that day, But I just feel like it’s completely disrespectful to take someone’s money and then take the opportunity away to fix it. My self esteem is greatly affected by this, I’ve cried and paced around my house several times. I do a lot of research in everything that I do school work beauty so I have no idea where to find a salon that I’m going to trust now. I even told Jen that I had an important event next week at the time of my service. Just really gross and rude behavior by everyone at this salon. I will never recommend this place.

Took myself and my 2 girls there! We felt pampered and so well attended to from the moment walked in. All 3 stylist were so wonderful and kind and asking every step what we want and like. The only bad thing is, we can’t take them home with us! Well earned 5 stars!

Eileen was my nail tech and provided a wonderful mani-pedi and was very accommodating to trying a fun desert-themed design on my gel manicure. My gel manicure lasted about 10 days before polish on one nail lifted but the rest of them went strong for about 2 weeks! While I was there a lovely hair stylist also gave my dehydrated curls some love while I was getting my nails done with some hair oil and a sample of some curl cream. All the staff seem to collaborate and work well together and enjoy each other's company and I look forward to visiting again next time I'm in Phoenix!

I was absolutely blown away by the quality and price of the service I got here. I wanted a blow out something I do often and usually pay $60 a dry bar for. Here I got the best looking blow out of my life, a neck massage, a hand massage incredible service and with my new client discount it was $45. I didn’t care how much it was going to be I felt so seen and heard and happy! Highly recommend and wish I was local. Santana was awesome.

Disappointing experience, not worth the money I rarely write reviews, but I feel like I need to warn other people. My wife booked herself a facial at Perry Monge Salon & Spa as a treat. I’m an internist, so money isn’t usually an issue for us, but I do care about value - and this was an absolute waste. She said the facialists name was Calista. These people are NOT dermatologists!!! She came home upset and uncomfortable. The service was rushed, the staff seemed disengaged, and the results were honestly worse than if she had just done her normal routine at home. Instead of feeling relaxed, she was worried about irritation and breakouts. What frustrates me the most is that I spent good money hoping this would be something nice for her, and it turned into stress and disappointment. At this price point, there is no excuse for sloppy work or inattentive care. We will not be returning, and I strongly recommend others look elsewhere. A spa should leave you feeling refreshed - not regretting the appointment.
