Luxe Hair Salon Phoenix

I went to Luxe Hair Salon Phoenix for a haircut recently and I was pleasantly surprised. I was a bit nervous since it was my first time at this salon but Elizabeth was very kind and took her time to give me the exact haircut that I wanted. I paid $30 dollars for the cut and it came with a complementary hair wash which felt great! Will definitely be coming back next time I need a trim.

I walked into Luxe Hair Salon Phoenix without an appointment and was welcomed immediately. The service was excellent, and Jose did an outstanding job listening to my requests. He suggested a color that suits me perfectly. I'm thrilled with the results, especially considering my past experiences with haircuts. Jose truly understood what I wanted and made it happen. I've already booked my retouch!

Kids cut is supposed to come with shampoo Elizabeth didn’t do so. My daughter had to go to another shop to straighten out her hair because the ends were so bad. Don’t come here. My daughter has straight thin hair and all we asked was she follow exact that and do a trim. Would give it a zero if I could. I saw it didn’t look right walking out but it was wet when I got home to blow it out because Elizabeth didn’t we had to take her to get it fixed. 0/10 RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE: My daughter sat still. Great clips did amazing fixing it, and I appreciate you reaching out to my mom via text to try to ask us to come back in. I’m not entirely sure why it won’t let me upload the photo I can message it to you if you’d like your website says shampoo-I would look at that if I were you. Nonetheless, I said what I said in the review. BUT thank you for your time. Also you didn’t ask about a shampoo but I’m not gonna argue. I went here for the first time today and my stylist did a great job and took her time! I frequently went to Az hair co and this place is way better and closer to me. I def recommend this place! I will be going here for all of my hair needs!

I absolutely love getting my hair done by Ellie! She always knows exactly what I want and makes me feel amazing every time. Her talent, attention to detail, and warm personality truly make her the best!

I specifically told Awbrey I did not want a Bob hair cut and that's what I got! Had to show her 3 times where my hair was very uneven and asked about the front layers that I never got. Got home and blow dried my hair to see front section much longer on one side.I really wanted to like this place but will not go back!
