Jenny's African Braids And Beauty Salon

I tried 3 other "African" braiding salons before finding Jenny. The other salons didnt respect my time, over changed for less work or couldnt do pom-pom braids. Jenny and her staff were friendly and truly listened to what I wanted. I showed a pic and they did a better version based on my head size and hair type. The shampoo (which is rare) was great! The blow dryer used could be better. I will definitely be back!

Ms Jenny was super nice and responsive. Booking was very simple, I provided a picture for reference and my hair came out so beautiful! I will definitely be back. My braided Fatima was amazing! There was also another braided who helped but I didn’t get his name, he was also so pleasant.

I have been couple here for some time. I must say this is the best place you can go to get your hair done. Fatima is awesome and knows what she is doing. Always has me on point. If your looking to get your hair done I would definitely I rely recommend Jenny’s place.

This place is a fraud I will be contacting BBB to schedule an appointment for my son she said to zelle her $ 30.00 so next day we went at time scheduled immediately they shook their head no the said that they would do the twists for $250.00!!!! Are you serious 😐.... I asked as we're leaving for her to zelle me back my $30.00. At 3 pm I still didn't have in my account so I called and asked her to refund me my money, she said NO!!! I said you need to refund my money or I'll contact Az attorney General and BBB. She said go ahead.... complete and Absolute Fraud 💯

I come here and only here to get my hair braided but on Saturday of November 1st I got a sew in with a closure. Normally I have no issues but that day the stylist was seen stepping all over the hair that she was sewing into my hair. There is no excuse for this, these people are very unprofessional and Very unorganized when handling hair. I paid over 200 unreasonable dollars for this hair and the stylist stepped all over it behind my back. I had someone with me so they seen all of this. I won't be coming back to such an unprofessional establishment and I won't recommend you people. In fact, I am telling everyone I know not to come and to tell their people not to go either. Do better immediately.

I absolutely love Jenny and her staff! Incredible atmosphere, amazing braiders. They truly care about their customers. I would highly recommend them.
