I absolutely love Illusion Real!!! I’ve been coming here for years and Janette is my girl! Such great service and I love my hair every single time, definitely recommend!!

Got a service here for weft extensions and went through the worst experience. First time the girl didn’t put all my grams in and I had to come back. As the "expert" she told me next time to add more and let me walk out with hair missing. Second time the girl was new at extension and chopped them so much and the owner had the nerve to tell me my next move up would change from $500 to $700 because her girl took longer to do. Not my fault she’s new and I never booked again. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and two opportunities. I was polite and always came back when I communicated the mistakes and I always tipped them. Until I had to get my extensions replaced because the thinned out so much and Bri the owner said she couldn’t because THEY glossed them and that’s against their policy when they never told me that. They all said I had a 12mo replacement period, if I would’ve known I would’ve never glossed them. The owner never accommodated to me or apologized and just told me her stylist suck at communicating and they will start working on it. How are you in a business for 6+ years and can’t apologize and do something to accommodate to your customer who spent money at your salon after I gave them multiple opportunities. Save your money and get actual good quality extensions elsewhere where!!

Marlene is amazing! She listen to the customer needs. This is what a great stylist is they listen and gave recommendations based on the guest wishes. I cannot be more happy with my result. Marlene Five Star! 10/10

I had an overall excellent experience at Illusion real beauty studio! The establishment was clean, modern and Exquisite. The staff was kind and welcoming. Janette my stylist was professional and informative, she took her time in listening to my hair goals and gave me exceptional feedback. Janette's attention to detail, time management and technical skills shows through her work. she not only made me feel beautiful but created art. Janette achieved my hair desired look and educated me, in how to maintain it. I am excited for my next visit and highly recommend Illusion real beauty studio to everyone.

Leticia was so wonderful and did such a great job on my hair. It's such a wonderful place, and everyone is so friendly and kind. They really make it a fun and relaxing time to get your hair done. I'm hooked and will only be going there from now on!

I booked an appointment for my mother as a birthday gift and Maggie was her hair stylist. My mom got a A-line haircut with a dark balayage with bleach added. It was a decent price compared to other salons I’ve contacted.The staff were super nice & friendly. They gave my mother exactly what she asked for and couldn’t be happier.

If I could give Bri and the whole team at Illusion Real 100 stars I would! Bri totally transformed my hair!! The entire experience from consultation to installation was incredible!
