Hair I Am

The experience I had was a 100 out of 10. I came to get loc repair, retwist, and style from Loco Locs by Miya. As I arrived she was ready at her work station. She offered refreshments as I was getting service. Omg the shampoo experience was amazing and I didn’t want to get up from there. My locs look so healthy and I absolutely love the style she did. I will be coming back sooner than later that’s for sure. If you looking for a loctician she is the lady for the job hands down!

I've been to this shop 3 times and it never disappoints. Resa is honest about what you should and should not be doing when it comes to healthy hair. You can tell she cares about what she does. I usually get a wash, trim, and press. Hair is soft and flowy every time!

Words cannot describe what a remarkable hair stylist Resa is. With her years of experience it's no wonder she can make miracles happen! I have had a fear of people touching my hair since childhood. I came in with badly dry damaged bleached hair full of uneven color and split ends. I left with hair silky soft, light weight, frizzless, volumous, smelling so good, revitalized and healthy! In my 30 plus years of life I have never been to a professional salon or had a decent trim. She is honest, realistic and detail oriented yet empathtic and patient in order to help develop a game plan to achieve your dream hair without sacrificing the health and integrity of your hair. The damage has literally reversed immensely in just 1 visit! The salon is gorgeous, clean, spacious, conveniently/centrally located. Ask for the deep conditioning and ACV rinse! Highly recommend booking an appt for this 5 star experience. You will not be disappointed!

I went in for a consultation, not knowing what to do with my hair. I was wearing a short pixie no chemicals in my hair. I found her online after praying to find someone to help with hair issue I I noticed some thinning and some balding. I had several spots. Resa cut my hair down, washed me put under the & dryer. She finished with more trimming and gave me a nice neckline. I left there happy with my haircut and having been getting compliments from family and friends. I will be seeing her again.

Resa is super professional. I wasn't able to avail myself of her services this time, but she responded to my queries in a timely manner. I will DEFINITELY be making an appointment with her when I get my TWA dyed professionally.
