The local water is very hard and hard on your hair and scalp. So are the seasonal changes, harsh products and pollution. Arora was attentive and patient with concerns and questions. Scalp and hair feel amazing.

I absolutely love Focal Point Spa!!! I've had my hair styled a few times and was very impressed. I recently had lip filler done with the nurse who was sooo nice, she was very compassionate and kept me up to date as to everything she was doing, afterwords she checked on my constantly to ensure my happiness. I will most certainty be going back for more procedures in the future. This is my favorite place to feel beautiful!! I would recommend them to everyone!!

I would like to thank the employee's over at Focal Point for outstanding customer care and professionalism! I had gone in for a facial and was taken care of from the time I went into the establishment to the time I left. The front desk employee was amazing. She kept me updated on my progress and was super nice and showed great customer care. The ladies in the back were also amazing! The employee that did my facial was caring and gave me excellent advice on how to take care of my skin and also showed great professionalism. I had a great time and was so relaxing. I would also like to thank Bryan who is one of the owners a big thank you for speaking with me and caring for my care and also making sure everything went smoothly! Came here for the first time today for laser hair removal. The salon is super cute! And the front desk staff were so nice, I tend to get anxious easily and they made me feel very welcomed! They chatted with me and were just super sweet. The laser tech was also awesome and easy to chat with, was like I was just chatting with a friend! Will be back for my future laser touch ups 😊

I have been going to Focal Point since January 2018 and have to say every time I step into their store I am treated with personalized attention and feel like a valued customer. Everyone who works at Focal Point are friendly, professional, and have a positive attitude. One of my more recent appointments included laser hair removal and I was impressed with how little pain I experienced. I am having great results and plan on continuing treatments. Along with laser hair removal I have also received botox and facials. Like I explained earlier, every professional I have an appointment is wonderful and caring. If you want experience customer care from people who really do care about you, then Focal Point is your place.You will not be disappointed.

Best haircut I've ever had in my life! Chelsey was amazing she made my hair perfect, and was very nice and knowledgeable. She really knew what she was doing. Everyone at Focal Point was very friendly and the atmosphere was very nice and upscale. While I have never done any of the spa side like injectables the staff is friendly and they pictures of the work they have done seem top notch, I will definitely keep coming back here.

Hands down BEST salon experience ever!!! From the consultation to finished product, I could not be happier! Megan did a fantastic job on my color and cut (highly recommend - she knows her stuff)! It was my first time getting my hair done after moving and everyone made me feel so comfortable and confident. The staff is warm, kind, and welcoming - I'm returning only two days later for a facial - Can't wait to have another amazing service!
