Morgan is a diamond in the rough! I first came to her roughly two years ago and haven’t let anyone else touch my hair since! She is expertly skilled and knows just how to cut my hair to where I can rock it straight or in its natural curly state. I always look forward to my appointments and recommend her to all of my close friends! Thank you Morgan!

Morgan W did an incredible job today. My first dry curl cut on extra thick wavy coarse hair and she handled it like an everyday small thing. My cut and layers are gorgeous, loved the gloss. And let me tell you, the shampoo/conditioner experience (the worst part usually) was a spa-like, tranquil experience complete with a calming scalp massage. I also appreciated her telling me what each product was and what she was doing to my hair. It was informative, kind and unprompted. She was smart, funny and a delight to be with. She operates as though she's been doing it for 30 years. Kudos to Snapdragon/Firefly and especially Miss Morgan!

I've been going to Morgan for root touch up and toner for the past few months! She's a great conversationalist, and my hair color looks great every time I leave the salon!

I see Marcy at this salon and she is excellent. She is hilarious and brilliant and so fun and easy to talk to - and then you leave looking like a million bucks! She absolutely slays at hair- and mine is thick, curly, fine, hair. She’s a miracle worker but also level sets expectations! Highly recommend!

I got the WORST haircut by Cassie. She is chopped off my front hairs and made it EXTREMELY uneven. She tried to fix it once and just told me "I can’t make hair grow, so sorry you just have to wait for it to grow out" and then the third time I asked her to fix it, she blamed it on ME saying how I must be going through sometime and taking it out on my hair. Um, no! I went to get my hair done to feel pretty and ended up with a botched haircut and now I feel hideous! She also said I waited too long to ask to fix it….. as if hair grows that fast! I just didn’t notice how bad this haircut is because I am extremely busy! And the first time I asked to get it fixed was 8 days after my appointment. She refuses to refund and has blocked me on everything. Be careful and go to someone who backs customers and do not trust independent stylist.
