Went in on 12/19/25 and was getting my hair done.... 3 women started mouthing off to each other & were very obnoxious. I think they wanted to start fighting, Police were called. I felt threatened as the women started saying stupid foolish things to the lady doing hair. I would never come back here again. I'd rather stick to another Salon than this run down establishment.

I went to El y Ella for a facial and it was great. You get an amazing experience for your money and my skin came put amazing. The location is great and the inside is very nice and cozy. I have a great time with each facial! It always money well spent!

I was hoping for the best and I definitely received the best. Yadira was so kind and passionate. She knows her stuff and made recommendations for my skin type. She waxed and reshaped my eyebrows and they have never looked so good. I left the spa feeling fabulous!

I can not begin to share with you the great experience I had with getting my eyebrows done. The atmosphere was professional yet I felt safe as if I was at home. The business was clean, the air was at the right temperature and the customer service will forever be remembered. I will be back, I will tell others and invite them as well. The work that was done was very informative. Before she started, she always let me know what she was doing and why she was doing it. And some of the procedures she did she let me look at the example to make sure It would be okay to continue. I AM SO HAPPY WITH MY EYEBROWS! Last but not least, the conversation was wonderful. It's always a great experience here, I've been coming here for at least two decades. Possibly more! Carmen and Silvia always do great jobs, they are fun people to talk to and the rest of the staff is just as cool. They do great guy haircuts! My mom has been going there as long as me (longer haha), and they always take care of my sisters. Try them out, I recommend calling and making an appointment with anyone there. You'll like it! They even wash your hair before the cut and you can request it washed after the cut.

Always excellent service from Carmen for my hair and Deda for lashes, waxing, and facials. Love the vibe at both locations. No matter how busy it is they always make you feel like you're the only one there when they're taking care of you.
