Another customer told me about Ramon as a dedicated and skillful stylist, as well as a friendly person, and I needed some really expert help. I'll be giving a TEDx talk soon, and it will be video recorded with 3 cameras and good light, so I need my hair to look its best. Although a senior citizen guy, I wanted to color my hair to give it a uniform appearance despite thinning and greying hair, too. You get one shot with a TEDx talk, so go for it! I was immediately so glad I came to this Salon. Ramon, the owner, was both gracious and engaging, and he has a fun sense of humor. Ramon listened intently to what I had done in the past and what I needed. We discussed color shades and shaping. He explained what we would do, and I knew I was in good hands. Ramon's coloring and styling were picture perfect -- exactly the look I hoped for! When I got home, my wife, who has a ton of experience with hair styling and color for herself, could hardly stop complimenting how great I looked. At one point later in the evening, she said, "I just can't count all the things he did right!" I'll be back again and again! With well over 27 years in the current building location, Design Ramon is a classy place, perfect environmental music for the experience, and featuring a customer-pleasing vibe all around. I'm just sorry I didn't find Design Ramon years sooner!

Ever since I’ve been introduced to this place I haven’t been able to go to a different salon. The atmosphere is friendly and the staff is very professional while still keeping it a nice experience. Tea is my go-to, she’s been doing my hair for multiple years now, and I couldn’t be more grateful. She was there when my hair started to thin and gave me advice on how to deal with it. (Worked like a dream) Will definitely continue to come back in the future.

First time in Arizona after living my life in the Philippines. Tea was an amazing hairdresser! Immediately loved her work and she was so sweet! She did better than the stylist I had back at home, who's been working on my hair since I was 12.

I went to this salon because people recommended it to me but I don’t think people should come here. I went in to bleach my virgin hair from black to blue and I got chemical burns all over my scalp. I have MULTIPLE chemical burns all over my scalp when I got my hair done by Tea. I didn’t even notice I had a chemical burn until my mother ( who used to be a hair dresser) checked my scalp because I kept on complaining a few days after my appointment that it hurt and she found multiple burns on my scalp. Now I have places on my scalp that will not grow hair because of the chemical burns and I’ve lost a TON of hair because of it. I never got to get a refund because it was too late when my mother found the burn marks. But I have gone to other hair dressers to ask for their opinion and they all tell me that I got burned by Tea. So please be careful if you come to this salon when it comes to bleaching your whole head.

I have been getting my hair cut here for years. Amanda does my hair but all of their stylists are excellent at what they do and listen to what you want. Just got a fresh cut today and I love it!
