yo chatam is seriously the best. as an autistic person i avoid haircuts like the plague but i felt so accommodated & supported without even mentioning my sensory needs to him. he communicated each step along the way keeping me informed & gave me my exact vision for my hair - which couldn’t be easy because i came with like 6 different pinterest photos🙈 this was my first gender affirming haircut & i seriously couldn’t be happier with the result. chatam is seriously so talented. AND HE’S FUNNY & STYLISH. big fan. thank you chatam 🫶🏼

5/5 — Couldn’t recommend more! Stephanie’s beginner makeup classes I took Stephanie’s beginner makeup class and had an amazing experience! I came in with a couple inspo photos, one natural look and one more grungy, and she walked me through both step by step. She really tailored the lesson to my face shape and skill level, and even taught me how to contour properly for my features. The biggest win? She showed me how to apply lashes, and now I can put them on at home like a pro. I never thought I’d be able to do that! The techniques she taught weren’t just for one look, they gave me a foundation I now use with different colors and styles. My makeup suddenly looks like I’ve been doing it for years. Stephanie is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely empowering as a teacher. If you’re on the fence about taking a class, do it, you’ll leave feeling confident and inspired. Stephanie also did my makeup for a photoshoot and I since those photos were taken I have never loved the way my face looked more! She did a unique look for the photoshoot but I love the way the blush made me look! Picture attached! Austin did my hair for those photos! Highly recommend him as well!!

I've been seeing Autumn since Nov 2024. Autumn helped me achieve the color of my dreams. At our first appointment for a root touch up she matched the color perfectly and this spring I asked her to take on the challenge of getting me to a lighter color. Autumn is patient and takes the time to get the perfect color. Not only is Autumn an amazing colorist she is a joy to spend time with. I have referred my sister and daughter to Autumn and they were both very happy with their hair. Love you Autumn! Thank you for taking such good care of my locks.

Carly is AMAZING!! I had some recent not so great experiences with my cuts recently, with the last one being horrible! Carly took in the challenge with all the pressure and absolutely slayed! This whole shops atmosphere is incredible and it is very lgbtq+ friendly! Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!! THANKS CARLY ❤️

I have been coming to Arcane for the last few years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. Everyone there is sweet and welcoming! Carly is my favorite and always does an incredible job on my hair. She truly cares about what’s she does and you can tell every time you work with her.

Courtnee gave me the absolute best haircut and service I have ever had. I got the super fun, layered cut of my dreams and I have gotten so many compliments! Not only is my hair amazing, but she’s so knowledgeable and took a lot of time talking to me to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. Not to mention that she was so fun to chit chat with. I will definitely be coming back!! 🙂

Love love love Arcane!! I’ve been going here for about three years and no one gets my hair and unruly bangs right like my girl Katie does!!! I’ve never had anyone cut my super long, thick, and annoying hair as well as her!! I always leave feeling so good and I cannot recommend this place enough <3
