I normally do not write reviews. not my thing. I will try to make it as short as possible. When I first got to the salon, my gps told me, for some reason, to go through the back. A nice lady did welcome me in. Very sweet but as soon as I walked in and she was speaking in Spanish to her staff about my gps having me go through the back of the salon, I see a male hairdresser and he laughs, not super crazy but definitely in a judgemental way. At least that's how I took it. He ended up being my hairdresser. I looked past the laugh and proceeded. I did ask if he cuts women's hair. He said yes. I did explain to him that I was traumatized because I had my haircut and the lady before cut it super short. I explained to him all I wanted was layers. I even showed him pictures. I asked not to cut my length. He proceeded to explain that it would look better if he cut a little off. I agreed but made it clear not alot. When he looked at my hair he asked if I wanted it washed. He never said it would be extra or anything. He has also made a other comment which I found rude but I won't say it in here. He asked if I wanted it blowed dyer after he cut it. He made my hair curl at the end which I didn't ask for. Anyways, my hair looks horrible. I hate it. He chopped my hair off. My layers don't look right. I look like I have a mullet. It's ok you can laugh lol anyways he did chip my length off!! When I paid it was $55 bc of the wash and bad hairstyle. When I got home my hair was freezy. i did tip just to be nice. Anyways today I straightened my hair, omg 😳 it's even worse. All week I've been too scared to straighten it. You can see how badly my layers were cut. I'm sorry, this was a bad experience. Again, not my style to write a review but I was very disappointed.

I got my hair colored I was a little nervous but Maria did an amazing job and the staff were very nice. I am beyond happy love how the color came out it’s what I was looking for. Will definitely continue coming back.

I had an apt booked with Maria at 530 pm on April 29, 2025. The lady that answered the phone and I made the apt with talked to me and verified the pricing and apt. She even said I have the price next to your name. I called to let them know I was on my way as I was turning into the shopping center parking lot. She said Maria is not here, maybe she got your apt mixed up! 🙄😡. You can come tomorrow. This place is unprofessional. How do you book an apt the day before, verify everything and then the stylist is not there. If I wanted the apt for another day, I would have booked for another day. I will not use this Salon again!

B nice hair salon is a great establishment, they are very professional at their job. I take my family members there for the haircut. They style your hair the way you like it and to your needs. They usually get the hairstyle by Rosie and Bernice; they are good at their job. We went there the day before Mother's Day and they took us in right away within 10-15 minutes of arriving. tap the like button if this helped you.

I have been going with Maria for YEARS (since 2011) and she has never disappointed me... she has always taken really good care of my hair... for example I have been bleaching my hair since 2015 and my hair is still soft shinny and healthy... She is the sweetest I have her personal number and she makes sure to always make room for me even if its last minute♡ if you go to naty's hair salon ask for Maria

Came in to get layers after growing out my hair and it came out destroyed don’t go there ! I got my hair done on Sunday with an older lady with blonde hair and she doesn’t know what she’s doing! I’m not even a hair stylist and know I can cut hair better than this!
