Genesis was great it’s been a long time since I had my hair done and I was going for a drastic change. She was very informative and helpful throughout the process and she definitely listened to everything I wanted. Thank you Genesis for making something scary for me into something fun and easy!

I visited Maria at Salon Council for the first time today, and she absolutely nailed it. I’ve been looking for a consistent spot in Pembroke Pines, and she delivered an outstanding gentleman’s cut right out of the gate. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and executed it with professional precision. Great atmosphere and even better service. I’ll definitely be back—highly recommend her if you’re looking for a new go-to male stylist!

After another salon basically rejected me I found Salon Council on Google and walked in asking if they could help me get the desired color I wanted for my hair. I had a consultation with Maria, who was very helpful and provided me with a lot of information with regards to how I can achieve the desired look I wanted. She was honest with me and tempered my expectations, but she said she could help and she gave me the price for the services that I needed and got me in her chair on the spot, the only day I had available to get it done. I could not be happier with the results! It was pretty darn close to the color of the example photo I showed her and I will be coming back in a few weeks. I think I found my new salon. Yes, the cost is on the higher end but they know what they are doing, and they will always tell you the costs up front. They do high quality work, as I witnessed not just with the job Maria did for me, but the other customers that were there as well. They were very attentive, offered me drinks and snacks while waiting (whole process including foils, toner, wash, cut, blow dry was about 4.5 hours). Highly recommend!

I visited Salon Council for a haircut and hair style with Mara. The salon had a very cool and clean vibe, and the front desk staff was so nice! My stylist was incredibly attentive and took the time to understand my hair concerns. She recommended products tailored to my needs and my hair style came out exactly as I hoped—it's gorgeous!
