They give a good haircut but appointments mean nothing. It does not matter if you walk in 10 minutes before your appointment they will still take walkins ahead of you. I have now waited more than thirty minutes for service even though I have an appointment. This has happened when I brought my sons in for several appointments and to my husband when me has come. No one tries to update you in length of the wait or your position in line and they do not ask walkins to wait for people with appointments. My husband and one son are now going to a new salon.

Every time I set an appointment I never get seated by the time but if your late or don’t show up they expect money. I will never go back to this location again. They lost a customer for life.

I have never gotten a worse haircut from anywhere in my life. I would prefer super cuts over this place. I showed the barber a picture for reference and we talked about what I wanted for a few minutes before she started. What i ended with was not even close to what I asked for. It’s like the barber did whatever they wanted to and it looked terrible! The left and right side of my head were two different lengths and the fade was terrible and uneven. I would rate this a 0 if i could. I will never be coming back and I advice that no one ever go here. Could be under the name Tom, I was in during the week of thanksgiving.

Went and scheduled an appointment to get my hair done, came back the next day for my appointment and had a phone call earlier in the day from the hair stylist telling me that she couldn't cut my hair, I showed up the next day to get my haircut and the stylus was yelling at me because I was not supposed to come in. So that another stylist was able to cut my hair, he started to cut my hair and he smelled like cigarettes, I asked him to wash his hands and he ignored my request and continue to cut my hair. I will never return back to this facility again, extremely disappointed with their customer service and not listening to the customer's request!

Elton did a fantastic job. The sole complaint was that I came in whe you opened and the hot towels were not even warm yet. Other than that, fantastic experience!

I've been pondering about this review and finally decided to write it. A few weeks ago I had an appointment set for 5:15pm on a Thursday and left work early to make it in time (I work in west Houston). I got there at 5:20. I walked in and was told by my stylist that she already called one of her clients and told them to come. There is a visible sign that says that if you are 10 minutes late that you will be considered a walk-in. I told her that I'm here and only 5 minutes late. Obviously she called her client 2-3 minutes before I got there. So it was only a couple of minutes past 5:15. She said that he is a client of hers and he is on his way. What am I? I've been a "client" of hers for 3 years. She told me that another stylist will take care of me. I told her that she knows how to cut my hair. She was not budging. I let him cut it and he did the best he could. I'm not going back if they treat their clients this way.

First-time customer at Tune Up. This is a first-class facility, and Elton was a true professional who took his time with both my haircut and beard trim. I’ve found my new barber!David M.
