Salons by JC Pearland Broadway

I have been saddened by my experience here as compared to my experience with a close by Salons by JC under different management. At first my concerns were addressed but after a few weeks no one ever got back to me. Where to start. There is no exterior sign on the building and I don’t think they’ve ever had a plan to get one. It is EXTREMELY hard for clients to find the salon from the outside. Next is once they go inside they are not met with a concierge. Here the concierge is mostly never at the front desk, leaving mid way through the day or is on "meetings". At the other Salons by JC there is a concierge there all day, at the front desk the ENTIRE time the building is open. That is what the Salons by JC brand is about, having a concierge there to assist the salon owners. This location is very confusing and it would help my clientele GREATLY to have someone there that can show them the room and assist in making sure our customers don't have a bad experience. There is also hair everywhere in the hallways at all times. Multiple times things have been done with no prior communication to tenants like construction or changes to the building. Don’t rent here unless you’re okay with being ignored. My concerns have fallen on deaf ears for about a month now.

Marjhawon is a gem! She’s so nice, and so attentive! And you can tell she genuinely LOVES to help! This is my 2nd time renting from this location, and I must say that I’m overly pleased by how easy the transition was getting back here. Yes, you’re independent working your own business, but the camaraderie you find here when you allow yourself to be open and genuine is a great experience from management all the way down to other independent salon owners. Rent here if you’re ready to get out of your own way! Success awaits you, and Salons by JC is there to meet your needs!

This seems to be a great space but I don't understand why they always close the women's restroom for cleaning at the busiest time of day. I have waited 15 minutes for cleaning to be finished before. Today when I got to my 10:00 appointment 10 minutes early, the cleaning lady told me she had just started and asked me to use the men's restroom. Fortunately, it was empty but there's only one stall. I could mostly hear other women's voices around the space at that time so what is the expectation if multiple women need to use the restroom at the same time? I work in healthcare and the only time I've seen a restroom completely closed is when they mop the floors or have to clean fluids. Even if you account for time for disinfectants to dry, there should only be two stalls out of commission at a time meaning we should be able to use the third one. The current process doesn't make sense.

I just want to say that this is one of the best salon facilities I've walked into in recent times. Smells good, the elevator comes in clutch when I don't feel like using the stairs after a long day at the gym. Lol I noticed they've added a wonderful hospitable lady at the front desk, she learns your name & make you feel like you're part of a family. I recommend any and everyone to visit this facility when in need of a haircut all ylur salon needs. Keep it up 💯

I have been a tenant here at this location for 9 years. I stayed through the transition once Salon's by JC became the new owners. I'm glad I did. Marjhawon has been such a great help and always pleasant to talk to. I've recommended people to become tenants here over the years and I plan to continue to do so.

What a WONDERFUL beautician! It was my first time going to her and she BLESSED my hair for sure!! I highly recommend her!!!!

1st time at this location and found signage sorely lacking. Spend 10 minutes wandering around a tightly constricted parking lot before finding someone to ask. That said the Salon was well appointed with a nice waiting room. I was also really pleased with my hairdresser, her attitude and proficiency.
