I booked a hair appointment for my graduation photoshoot and this was literally the last thing on my checklist. I paid my deposit and confirmed my 5:30 appointment. When I arrived, the stylist was in the middle of washing one client’s hair and starting another client’s hair. I don’t understand the point of booking an appointment if the stylist isn’t going to stick to it. I have booked before and never had this issue. This feels like something that should have been communicated. Not to mention, that is a complete waste of my deposit. Just as you would like clients to be respectful of your time, you should also be respectful of theirs. Now I am crying in a beauty supply store trying to find supplies to do my own hair. This is ridiculously unprofessional. Extremely unprofessional and very disappointing.
