I’m literally OBSESSED every time I leave Vianey at V Boutique — my hair always looks so healthy, shiny, and absolutely flawless! I’ve been going to her for many years, and she never disappoints. She takes my ideas and somehow makes them even better every time. The vibe is always fun and welcoming, and I walk out with the best hair products too. 💁‍♀️✨ If you want gorgeous, healthy hair and a stylist who truly knows her stuff, book an appointment with Vianey — you won’t regret it!!

I had my haircut/color at this place about a week ago and it was honestly one of the worst I’ve ever had. My hair came out about 7 different colors (none of which was what I initially asked for) and the cut was not blended at all. I also asked for layers and it looks like she took the top portion and cut about an inch off without blending! She curled it before I left, so I did not see the cut but the color was noticeable from the beginning. She gave false reassurances that I would need to come in for a second trip, and that usually everyone does but she should know that a good hairstylist does not do that. If she knew that she could not do what I asked for, she should have not done it. I even suggested dying/toning it a darker color for the time being, but she said it would be fine. She then proceeded to charge me 200$, knowing full well my hair looked terrible, and out of shock and embarrassment I paid and left. Do your research on which stylist you pick. I regret mine.

I visit V_Boutique and Salon often, and I couldn’t be more pleased! Not only did I get excellent hair services, but I find the perfect outfit with their help. I love that I can get all my hair products in one convenient location, which I appreciate. The atmosphere is always so welcoming, and the stylists are skilled and friendly (I like their vibe). Highly recommend for anyone looking for great services and a unique boutique experience!

So I called and got a same day appointment, but I got more than I could ever ask for ! I can be quite the perfectionist, so believe me when I tell you I was blown away by their service, style, hair and the all around great vibes! Went in hiding, came out a rockstar! Thank you to Sarah and the V boutique staff for getting my look on point!!

Ester Lara is truly an angel! Can’t sing her praises enough! I booked an appointment for wedding makeup which I only needed makeup for my engagement photoshoot unfortunately the original artist I booked feel through. By fortunately for me it led me to Ester because she responded super quick and she was also super easy to work with. Her energy was very demure. 😇 she had a precious wedding party obligation and made it happen for my makeup last minute. Can’t thank her enough for being on time, executing my vision, down to earth and fun to work with.

Long story short, I ended up with a hair cut that I hate and was refused a refund. I provided the hairdresser with three photos of a simple, shoulder length, blunt hair cut. I ended up with hair shorter than I asked for and a lot of short layers throughout my hair. When she asked me if I wanted some light layers to add texture and body, I agreed thinking that light layers meant only a few layers for some texture. She curled it and I decided to give it a chance, so I paid $50 for the haircut (booking system quoted $40?) and a $12 tip because she provided a service. At home I rinsed/dried my hair and realized it looked nothing like the photos I provided, because of how many short layers there were. I called, explained the situation and asked for a full refund or at least a partial refund, and was told there are no refunds. My only option was to go back in and have her "fix it". I wasn’t going to allow her to cut my hair any more than she already had. Now I’m out $62 and get to spend months trying to hide my hair in a bun while I grow it out. **Editing to add response to reply — The stylist was Amalia. My appointment was booked under a different last name.

I’ve been going here for YEARS! Not only do I get exceptional results but the customer service is PHENOMENAL customer service! Vianey has gone a live and beyond for me every single time! I know that I will always love my hair when she’s done. Plus when my mom passed away she actually came to her service!! Who does that??!!! Someone who cares about their clients that’s who!! If you are thinking of trying V-Boutique just do it! You won’t be let down!
