The people that be putting the one star be mad tripping and doing the most as someone who has been going to this hair salon for YEARS . Never have they gave me a problem with my hair nor gave me any type of attitude. The people that work here are super friendly people and very communicative. Their serve is always perfect! Love the hair community in there. I recommend here. Again the one star people here are most likely the problem..

Extremely disappointed. Single father with a 9yr old daughter. Saw all the bad reviews but decided to give it a chance. Courteous when first walked in. I explained that this is the first time I'm going in to get my daughter a hair trim. I asked what the process is, the lady was hesitant to answer, I clarified asking if it's just a cut or does it washed. A male stepped in rudely telling me that they'll wash it if want for an additional price. He continued by telling me that I was being rude for asking. I clarified that this was new to me. He said that I was being rude in the way that I was asking and told me to just leave and go somewhere else. He clearly said that he has the right to refuse service to me which I replied that it's true. All of this happened in front of 2 other customers and my daughter.

Got a perm and a haircut. One of the best salons that I’ve been too all the ladies are welcoming and friendly…. Rosalie is top tier… got me looking right!!! Highly recommend this place. Again ask for ROSALIE

Excellent service all around quality is always present. Fantastic haircuts they also trim beards as well and do a fantastic job at that. 5 stars good work is done here the employee's are always nice too.

I called the salon and ask if they do natural hair she said yes. I drove 35 minutes and when I got there she told me they don’t do natural hair with a side eye. So if you are a black woman who doesn’t want to be discriminating don’t go there.

I do not recommend this place. They made me a haircut that maybe I could have done better myself, the girl who cuts my hair is nothing expert...it took more than 1 hour and she did not even wash my hair, she made the cut with my hair dry. I do not go back and neither do I recommend it.
