As a new customer to Small Town Roots Organic Salon I could not have been more impressed. The salon is meticulously clean and the decor is beautiful. I booked with Trinity who exceeded my expectations. She was personable, knowledgeable, wise beyond her years, extremely skilled and offered great suggestions. I had the Lasio Keratin treatment which is a HUGE game changer. I left with an awesome haircut and smooth, healthier hair. Thank you, Trinity!

I went in Yesterday with grown out Demi root color and below that grown out highlights from several months ago at different salon.. I had a consult a few weeks beforehand and I felt good about plan and being on same page as stylist. I was seeking natural low maintenance honey blonde balayage style color. After 4.5 hours and a lot of money I left with muddy /ash hair and visible root highlights (should have been blended/root tapped) with a greenish tint likely due to color being applied improperly without something added to neutralize what happens when brown is applied on blonde. The lowlight areas are ashy/cool/muddy. NOT a honey beige blend. There was already another client backed up behind me and I couldn’t stay any longer regardless ( I anticipated 3 hrs, not 4.5). Perhaps I just had wrong stylist for my needs as the salon was very nice and I saw some other women with beautiful results. Incredibly disappointed and I’m 400$ poorer , but I am going on a trip tomorrow so figured no sense calling as there’s no time to fix. I’ll be wearing a lot of hats. If I was told ahead of time my hair would be unable to get desired look at one appt I would have set my expectations accordingly and not booked right before a trip. Unless you’re seeking a standard service be careful who you book with. My hair was never deemed a color correction but that’s the type of styling I will be seeking next somewhere else.

Truly no words to describe how happy and excited I am to have found this gem of a salon and my new amazing hairdresser Brynna. I left there so happy yesterday. My hair looks amazing but more importantly was how sweet and kind Bryanna was towards me. She took time to listen to what I wanted and went over pictures of what I hoped to accomplish. We yapped the entire time, I felt like I was hanging out with one of my best friends. I feel so incredibly blessed to have found Bryanna and I will be a forever customer. She is the true definition of excellent customer service 🙂 Can't wait for my next appointment. Thank you so much for making my hair so beautiful 😍

I'm new to Palm Coast and needed a haircut so I stopped in. I'm so thankful I did, because Ale was my stylish and she's AMAZING!!! She is so sweet and welcoming, she made me feel at home in this amazing salon. Do yourself a favor, go to Small Town Roots for your hair needs. I went to Trinity for the first time a few weeks ago. She did exactly as I asked, and I came out feeling muchhhhh better about my hair. Also would like to point out that she respected my wishes of keeping my hair long. I know sometimes stylists will cut more off than what you ask for because of dead ends. Dead ends or not, I’m thankful she did as requested. 😊😊🥹 Overall, I love my hair!!

The salon is beautifully done and very inviting. This was my first time visiting. Millie is an artist!! She talked with me and showed me pictures of different styles and really got to know what I wanted. I will be returning for her to do my hair:) Thank you so much Millie!
