This is my 2nd cut from Isabel Morales of Kevin James Salon. I really love how she cuts my hair. She’s very professional. She listens to me as her client and helps me to get the hair I want to achieve. She takes her time to cut and style the my hair. I definitely appreciate her dedication to cutting hair and styling. The salon’s website mentioned that hair cutting/styling is Isabel’s gift and I truly believed that. Will definitely recommend her to people who are looking for a good, worthy haircut and style.

Kevin's been my colorist since the salon opened—my mom loved him and her color never looked better. After she passed I inherited her gift cards...been going there since. He's funny, attentive, gives exact advice that suits you, and accommodates whatever you need. I love my color. Dawn and Michael cut my hair, their cuts are excellent too. Salon staff are all warm and friendly; Saturdays are busy. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Kevin James Salon for partial highlights and added a haircut with Micheal. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30pm, though I wasn’t taken to his chair until about 2:45pm. I did appreciate Micheal’s technical work; I’m happy with the way he cut my hair and his overall approach to the highlights. However, the overall experience did not match what I expected from a higher-end salon. There was a noticeable lack of warmth from the front desk upon arrival. Throughout my time there, the receptionist openly complained about another customer within earshot and appeared visibly frustrated by what seemed like routine interactions. It created an uncomfortable first impression and didn’t feel aligned with a luxury experience. During processing time, Micheal rotated through several other clients; at one point having four people in his chair consecutively. I was ultimately passed to someone else for the wash and gloss, and another stylist finished my service. While I understand that assistants are common in salons, this wasn’t communicated upfront, and it left me feeling more like I was part of a production line rather than receiving personalized service. I chose this salon because of its location and reputation, hoping for a more elevated, client-centered experience. While I’m pleased with the final cut and color, the overall atmosphere and level of attentiveness fell short of what I expected especially when paying over $400 (tip included). At this time, I’m unsure if I will return.

My hairstylist, Kelly, is kind and always attentive. She takes time to understand my hair concerns, and she customizes to my needs. I get a particular red color and Kelly nails it every time. My haircuts are perfect, and I love how she styles my hair. The Salon is beautiful; Kelly and all the people there always make me feel comfortable and they are very professional and respectful. I always leave the salon with stunning hair. When I’m out and about, strangers say to me "wow I love your hair!" Hairstylists don't just cut hair, they also have a great eye for fashion and style, and Kelly has all that and more. Go see Kelly, you will not be disappointed.

Michael is pure magic. ✨ My wife and I both got our hair cut and colored today, and I swear he somehow knows exactly what each of us needs before we even say it out loud. The color? Flawless. The cuts? So good we kept catching ourselves in every mirror on the way out! He’s a rare find! We both walked out feeling bright, fresh, and ready for the holidays! I have been a customer at this salon for a few years. When my regular stylist had to cancel unexpectedly, Kelly was able to fit me in to her schedule and I have been with her for over a year now!! She always does an amazing job and gives great input while still listening to mine. She’s a pro at what she does and I’m so glad to have found her! Highly recommend!
