I had a haircut with Nicky. I drove 2 hrs to get to him. He was very thorough in suggesting me the style of cut that fits my face and hair type. Also he did my hair cut very well. I brought my daughter to get haircut from Nicky and she is very happy with the haircut. We will now always go back to him.

Exceptional Service! The salon has a very welcoming vibe and the stylist pays attention to detail. Asks exactly what you want and executes the style accordingly. They ask if you want any coffee or a light snack while getting your hair done. And the store is clean as well. The prices are affordable and the end-results are satisfying. Highly recommend. Don’t waste your money on new york prices when you can get your hair done just the same for decent prices. Thank you!

This hair salon has a very friendly owner who is always smiling and happy to meet all of the customers’ needs. The hairstylists are also very patient, and if you have any requests, they do their best to fulfill them. The atmosphere is great, with a self-service water bar, so whether you're there for a haircut or just accompanying a friend, you won’t feel bored. However, all the books available are in Korean. It would be nice if they could add books or entertainment options in other languages to keep guests entertained while waiting. We went as a pair for haircuts on 10/19 (Sat). The price for men is currently $35 but will increase to $40 in November. For women, it’s $55, but I’m not sure if their prices will also go up.

I went to the Salon in April 2020 for a magic perm and I was happy with the results. I went back in March 2021 for the same treatment. This time, the result was awful. I washed my hair 3 days later and my hair looked like a burnt Christmas tree. I complained to the salon and they asked me to come in 5 days later. They saw my burnt hair and refunded $270.00 which was the cost of magic perm. YooJin did apologize for burning my hair and offered to do some treatment but the trust was lost and I couldn't let her touch my hair again. It's 3 months later and my hair looks awful everyday and I can't really do anything to it until it grows out. I have burnt hair that falls out and breaks I am always afraid to comb or brush it because I lose so much hair every time I do so. I really didn't want to write a negative review but I don't want to see this happing to anyone else. I have very strong thick hair and it takes a lot of mistreatment to damage my hair. The stylist Yujin booked three other appointments while I was being handed over to a trainee which I thought was unprofessional. She cut and blow dried 3 other peoples hair and did not pay attention to what was happening to my hair. She did however hurriedly came over to my chair to pat my hair with some liquid while the chemical was in my hair. When I asked her what it was, she told me it was water. I understood why she did that after my treatment. My hair was burning and I think she panicked. What I don't understand is why she continued to let her trainee work on me with the hot flat iron when she saw that my hair was over treated. You can see from the photos which was taken on 6/15/2021, what a mess and the broken hair. All I know that it is embarrassing when I go to other peoples homes because I leave a trail of my hair everywhere on their floor. It's not a few strands, it' a handful and they ask why I am losing so much hair!! I went to get a massage and the masseuse could not believe how much hair was falling to the floor! Please make sure you ask the stylist if she has multiple appointments booked while tending to your hair. I don't think YooJIn is a bad stylist, I think she was neglectful during my appointment with her.
