Excellent professional that her muse are her clients. Professional, highly experienced ad quality work! And to watch her braid! Quick. You won’t be sitting like other salons for half a day.or full day as I have had to in the past! Beautiful building full of salon spas, first class and she loves what she does. Impressed that she called me after hours and got me in the next day!! Very reasonably priced also.

I cannot say enough about how happy I am with our experience with Crowned Muse! We are fairly new to the area and were having a hard time finding a place that could handle my stepdaughter's hair. Unfortunately most salons aren't trained in her hair type and the ones that are, are very far away. I was super excited when I found out about this place and that it was so close to home. It was very easy to set an appointment and communicate what we wanted for her hairstyle. They were able to give us full service wash, dry, trim and braids with beads all within 2 hours! I was absolutely blown away. On top of that it looks exactly like the picture we showed. So neat and clean and precise! Also they made our girl feel very comfortable. She usually really hates getting her hair washed but after this experience she said she wants to go back there every time for a hair wash 😀 We will most definitely be back! Before seeing Courtney, I thought I needed a relaxer to manage my hair, but she assured me I could go without it — and she was right! Courtney did my daughter’s hair once. She is really nice and I’m sure super busy. She does great with hair, but her communication lacks. I have contacted her on two separate occasions trying to get my daughter back in to see her for another haircut. The first time she never replied and the second time she replied by asking if I only needed the trim and no styling? Maybe it’s because I just needed my daughter’s hair trimmed and washed and not styled? I don’t really know. She stopped replying after I said just a trim. It’s hard to find people who work with textured hair around the suburbs.. I guess I have to keep looking.

I’ve been going to Courtnee since I was 10 years old. I wouldn’t go to anybody else! She does great hairstyles on my hair without damaging the texture of my hair. She explains thoroughly what she’s going to do and makes sure I like the style before I leave! My daughter goes to her now and she absolutely loves every hair style she has done. Crowned Mused is just that. When you walk out of Crowned Mused, you feel like a queen, and yes, your crown is laid and perfectly place. I love Courtnee.
