After years of searching for a stylist who truly understands curly and wavy hair, I’ve finally found my permanent salon. I had an incredible experience with Cindy; she transformed my hair from unruly and weighted to what you see in these photos. Before seeing her, my hair was flat at the roots and flared out at the bottom with zero movement. I wanted layers and shape but wasn't sure my hair type could handle it. Cindy, of course, proved me wrong and delivered exactly what I asked for. Beyond her ability to completely transform hair, I was so impressed by the environment she’s created; it’s clear she deeply cares not only for her clients but also for her employees. It made the entire experience that much better when you can tell the whole team is supported. That’s all to say that this is hands down the best haircut I’ve ever received, and I haven't stopped getting compliments! I went from wanting to chop it all off out of frustration to absolutely loving my length, layers, and face-framing pieces. My hair finally feels light, bouncy, and full of life. Thank you, Cindy! (The first picture is hours after I showered, added leave-in conditioner, and let my hair air dry. The second picture is after adding mousse to my wet hair. And the last two pictures are after styling with mousse the day before and refreshing with a water mister to soften the hold and reactivate the curls)

I had an amazing haircut appointment with Jossilynn at Ritual Salon, and I couldn’t be happier with the result!!! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted, asked the right questions, and clearly knows how to work with face shape. On top of that, the entire experience was comfortable and professional, no rushing, no pressure, just someone who genuinely cares about what they do. If you’re looking for a great stylist Jossilynn is absolutely worth booking with. PS: I got balayage over a year ago and they did such an excellent job that it even grew out beautifully! I’ll never leave ritual salon

Absolutely recommend!!! I came here with a couple of photos and an idea and Cindy turned it into my dream!!! She was so excited and wonderful to work with as well as everyone there. I loved the experience and the cut. Definitely a good price and worth every bit!!!

Absolutely love Ritüal!!! Cindy is a true hair color chemist. She's brilliant and an artist. The hair slaps every time and I always can't wait to see her! I'm so thankful that she can achieve exactly what we are looking for and keep my hair perfectly healthy and growing. Her scalp treatments are a special treat & love the boho, cute vibe of the salon! The decor is so cute. My extensions that Cindy did for me were the most beautiful color, a perfect blend and cut & super fun and cute! They have IMO the best hair care line- I love the "television" I believe it is called shampoo and conditioner & can't wait to try the eminence with their new esthetician, Grayson

I had the most amazing experience at this salon! My stylist Martha did a great job with my hair color and cut and stylist Cindy finished off the look with cutting my bangs! This gem in Oxnard is perfect for someone looking to get a fun hip new look or keep it modest and classy. Great vibes and great staff!

I came to Ritual as a new tired mom needing a lil pick me up and Cindy at Ritual hooked me up! The salon is so clean and cute, the vibes between the decorations and music make it feel like the perfect home away from home for a treat-ya-self vacation. They offer a beverage (both hot and cold options) when you first walk in the door and everyone is so warm. She did a phenomenal hair cut for my long, thick, curly hair. We paused in the beginning to discuss my hopes and then Cindy got to work. I felt so well taken care of. She blew out my hair and made me feel so cute in my sweats! Their pricing is incredibly reasonable especially for how much heart they put into their work. Ritual is the place to get your hairs cut.

Martha is an absolute hair magician. She is the only one I can trust with my hair. She knows exactly how to bring out the best tones and colors in my hair. I have dark course hair and she always delivers such a beautiful balayage on me without making me look brassy. Whenever she does my hair I can never stop looking in the mirror. She keeps me looking fabulous!
