I paid 200.00 for this hair smoothing treatment. I didn’t wash my hair for 3 days as instructed. Here is my hair a week later. Almost worse than before I got this treatment. Is extremely sad because I have a very special occasion this weekend. I’m left with this. I don’t know about her other services but I don’t recommend this one.

The overall experience was amazing, being my first time at Bella Mar Day Spa & Salon. Nellie and Shane have a great vibe, friendly, and helpful. I got a Brazilian Blowout with a haircut done by Nellie. I love the way my hair looks and feels. I highly recommend coming here. Another bonus you can purchase other things for yourself or a loved one. I bought this cute fashionable fedora hat and angel wings necklace that I put on right after. Thanks again!

Nellie is a Beautiful Soul who is a Specialist in her Profession !! I had Eyebrow Microblading done. Shane her Assistant set me up, told me step by step what the procedure entailed, gave me instructions on aftercare then Nellie took over. So calm and caring!! I am grateful and happy to meet them both!! I love my eyebrows and get many compliments.

Nellie is wonderful. Very welcoming and such a cute salon. She does everything.

Pre covid I purchased a packet of facials and paid about $400 on a credit card. Covid caused a closure and I never received a refund for the services I never received. An honest person would have contacted the client to let them know they are entitled to reimbursement or in the alternative to receive the services at a later time.

Nellie, sorry, but you should NOT be certified to do eyelash extensions… worst experience getting eyelash extensions EVER!! This is supposed to be a relaxing experience, instead it was the most nerve-wracking and painful experience ever. First of all, to properly place the lashes you MUST isolate the lash or it causes damage and prohibits growth. She attaches these fake feeling lashes to multiple of your natural lashes with a crap ton of glue (you can see it at the base) . I already know all my naturals that I worked so hard to grow back are gonna fall out from this set and i’m heartbroken. Second, she kept aggressively turning my head and was literally pulling my eyelid to the heavens to place the lashes. I was crying it hurt so bad and she just kept telling me to open my eye while she had sharp tools right by my pupil. This is soooo dangerous and unprofessional, she also makes you hold a fan on high the entire time ???? Which dries out your eyes and makes you cold and this is NOT standard practice. My top lashes kept sticking to the bottom and she would just yank them apart and it hurt so bad. If you look at her responses to reviews on Groupon they are all snarky as hell and blame the customer!! I was seriously in shock for 20 min after my appt bc of what I just endured. I knew I made a huge mistake going to her. Just save yourself the pain and anxiety and go anywhere else. I’m literally traumatized .
