Awesome experience. The nice lady assisting us was able to recommend salons in the area and made herself available to help us find specific hair we needed and recommended other items for us to try. At the same time we didn’t feel overly pressured by her assistance. Friendly staff and great selection. 5/5, will go again.

I felt Like the lady I asked If I could Try on wigs was very rude and snappy with her tone of voice to me. I didn’t Like that customer service. As someone who purchases multiple wigs a month I was Happy when I saw The selection. Unfortunately I wont Be back because of the customer service and that I cant Try anything on.

They didnt really have what I was looking for, at the time I visited, but I did find some new items I dont often buy, and I loved that, because this shop is local to me. Being authentically Black owned was a bonus. I am always so happy to support my people. Definitely will shop again.

I have been here a couple of times since moving to Ventura and will never go anywhere else. The shop is always clean, organized, and everything is easily accessible. The staff are helpful, kind, and respectful which was a key factor that allowed me to look around in peace (social anxiety). Growing up mixed in Arizona, I never had love for my hair. Other than straightening it, I didn’t have the resources or the courage experiment with it, let alone have any clue how to care for it. Since moving to CA, stores like this one have finally taught me how to embrace this part of myself. Thanks 🙏🏽
