I have been seeing Cassie for a little over a year now & my hair has been completely transformed. I'm complimented everywhere I go. I drive out of state as I'll no longer allow anyone else touch my hair. She did my daughter in law's wedding & ROCKED IT!! She is not only a magnificent stylist - she is a great person. Someone with a heart & passion for hair and people! I'd brag all day about her skills, but her work speaks for itself! Don't believe me? See for yourself. Reading the low reviews is disappointing & misleading as it's obvious most ppl try to get discounts anyway possible. It's sad. If you can't afford to get your hair done by a highly trained professional, there's always Great Clips. I've always received nothing but TOP NOTCH, HIGH GRADE QUALITY WORK & COMMUNICATION with Cassie. I plan on staying with her for as long as she'll allow me to ❤️

Cass did a great job with my hair, and it’s not even completely done yet! She is very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and patient. She took the time to explain the process and answer every question I had. Can’t wait til my next appointment!

THE BEST!!! I love my hair so much. She got the color exactly the way I wanted; she really listened to what I was going for. She also showed me and explained in detail how to get similar results when styling at home. She brought out my natural curl that I haven't been able to get in decades. I will start off by saying it takes A LOT for me to write a bad review, however I’ve reached my limit and now I need to speak up. I’m extremely disappointed in Cassie and her lack of service. I feel straight disrespected at this point. I have been going to Cassie for just over a year. I get my hair done about once every 3 months, so that would be about 4-5 times that I have scheduled with her. She has cancelled on me in under 24 hours 3 times now. 3/4 or 3/5 times is absurd. This last time is where I drew the line and will never be going to her again and also feel I need to warn others. 45 minutes before my scheduled appt, I received a text from Cassie stating "Umm I hate to do this but my car isn’t starting was gonna leave early and get coffee and my car is broke 😭" I replied offering to pick her up. It was 4 days before Christmas so I desperately needed my appt and I’m sure the money would have been nice for her as well. She declined the offer to have a friend look at her car. Ok fine, so I told her I would go ahead and find someone else to do my hair because we were traveling for the holidays and I really needed it done. She offered to do it Christmas Eve and even offered 50% to make it right. Ok great, that’s good customer service, so we rescheduled for Christmas Eve at noon. Christmas Eve morning rolls around and I receive a text from Cassie at 10:30 am saying she needs to push the appt back because her grandma fell. I replied saying I hope she’s ok and asking if she is sure she will be able to do it later given the situation. Cassie replied with that she will make it happen. At noon I messaged her to check in how her grandma was, she said she took her to urgent care but she was overall fine and Cassie just needed to get ahold of her mom so she could get back to the salon to do my hair. I replied "sounds good, I’m glad she’s ok." I text Cassie again at 1:30, 2:50 and 4:00 and to this day have not heard from her. After all the cancellations and reschedules and even me passing up the opportunity to have another stylist do my hair, and being totally understanding, she ghosted me. Let me remind you, it was right before Christmas which is when it’s very important to most ppl to look and feel their best for the holidays. No further explanation, no apologies, nothing, just absolute terrible regard for me and absolute horrible service. At this point I’m not even sure she was telling the truth, feels like almost feels like bullshit excuses. write this review because I want people to know how flaky, unprofessional and irresponsible she is.

SHE EATS DOWN EVERY TIME. I have been coming to Cass for about 5 years and she is the only one trusted with my hair. Everyone I recommend to her has a great experience. She is so easy to work with and flexible.

Cassie was amazing. She provided so much knowledge to my girls and I about products and styling as well as good to know info to keep our hair healthier. Especially appreciated that she connected with my girls it made this a truly great experience! We will be back

Cass did not bother to let me know she couldn’t make it to our scheduled appointment. I made the 25 min drive before she messaged me to tell me she wasn’t going to make it and the ONLY reason she messaged me was because I let her know I was running a few minutes behind. She claimed "Shoot I completely forgot I’m so sorry my battery in the car is dead I’m waiting for a tow. I was so beside myself all afternoon over this I spaced…" 1. As the daughter of a cosmetologist, I know you live, breathe and die by that appointment book! If you were ‘beside yourself all afternoon’, you would have been worried about your money, you would have communicated with your clients. 2. A dead battery doesn’t require a tow. It requires a new battery or a jump. Based on other reviews I have found on Google and sporadically on Facebook she is notorious for this! Sounds like when she does show up and work she does great but it seems like a gamble.
