Katie is amazing, she is able to read the notes from the last time I got my hair cut. She is professional and has a great listening ear. The facility is always clean and welcoming.

Went there this morning for my son's hair cut now have to pay for another hair cut this afternoon to get it fixed. Paid 30.00 for a haircut i could have done myself. Didn't even look like he got his haircut today.

Boyfriend went in to get hair cut and it was horrible customer service, differently lengthed hair, fade wasn't hardly a fade and paid $35 dollars. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND HAIR CUT!!

The man in the kilt did a wonderful job. He was nice and very polite. He did a good job and was quick and efficient.

Horrible experience. I went in there and asked for a 0 fade and the barber wearing the kilt did a 0 all the way up and didn’t transition so that it looked like I had a mowhawk. He was so aggressive and rushing to the point I was bleeding on the ear just from jabbing me with the clippers. After that the guy insulted me by telling me he should do my eyebrows because I should really work on them more.

Your online check in system is a joke. Choose the option to get a text message when to "head to the salon" never got a message… went in, over an hour wait with one person sitting in the lobby. The online check in needs to go.

Lovely people and great service each time. We're hard-pressed for time and don't always get to book til last minute. I love how you don't have to wait unnecessarily in the store. We book online, then show up when it's our turn. Which works for our family. Though our kids have ethnic hair, they've been able to give us decent haircuts each time according to our specifications. Will return.
