Emily is the sweetest! I love how sweet she is to me and I love how she does my hair. She’s been more than understanding when I had a family member passed away and allowed me to reschedule. She is so personable and she gives the best head massages during shampoo and conditioning I almost fell asleep! She’s very talented at what she does. I’ve never had a hair stylist where I feel like we could actually be friends before. Thanks for doing such a great job and being so sweet!

Amazing hair salon! The stylist was attentive, skilled, and gave me a haircut that exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere is clean, modern, and relaxing. They really care about their clients and take the time to ensure you’re happy with the results. Highly recommend for professional and stylish hair care!

I’ve been to this salon before and loved my experience so I decided to book again. This time around I selected which ever stylist was available for the day which was a big mistake. I had asked for my hair to be cut shoulder length and since I have thin fine hair to have very slight layering. My stylist left me with my hair above my shoulders by almost two inches leaving my hair almost laying at my jaw line. The appointment at first was going fine and she had originally cut to my desired length when she started to add the layers, she began to cut too much into my thin fine hair and progressively cut more length to blend in the layers.I could exactly pin point to moment I knew she messed up my hair because she had cut too much and needed to blend everything together. At this point sections of my hair had already been cut too short and the rest of my hair needed to match so there was nothing I could do about her mistake. Instead I listened to the stylist and another stylist talk about how many more booking my stylist had for the day and made comments about how my stylist was going to be there all day. In response my stylist said "She would rather work and get through it than work later on to make it up". Messing up my hair and making open comments about how you just need to get through the day does not make it seem like you take your job seriously about giving people the hair that they would like. I simply asked for shoulder length hair with light layers, instead I left the salon almost in tears because my hair was simply botched. Refunding my money back does not equate to the fact, that I the individual with my botched hair that is incredibly far from shoulder length, has to live with my hair until it grows out. I will never return to this salon and I will never refer them to anyone.

I love Fringe! I’ve been a client of Bailey’s for years. I took a short break thinking I wanted someone a little closer to home, but after trying a few different stylists I ended up crawling right back! My cut is always exactly what I want and same with color. I appreciate that she remembers all the details of my hair down to which side of my bangs seem to grow faster than the other 😂 I get layers and curtain bangs and have never been disappointed. There was one time I had started using a new curling iron and was damaging my hair. She noticed right away and talked me through how to help correct the damage and prevent it in the future. I seriously can’t say enough good things about her and her salon.

I’ve been going here a while, the first 2x were pretty good. I feel like they don’t have much experience with full balayage/actual full blonidng services unless your (shocker) "already blonde"… if your hair is slightly darker or even brunette — you’ll end up spending $200+ not including tip and they really just do what they want. I never actually received a full highlight. I kept hoping and waiting that after being advised after several sessions 3-4 months apart it would become full blonde (I’ve gone platinum before) but it was never done with covering grays or touching roots leaving so many empty spots… I’d put my hair up in a bun or up (blonde completely disappears) Oh and even if you’re a LOYAL customer…. ANY emergency or short notice cancellation.. YOU WILL BE CHARGED HALF (I was charged per $100) last week!! and they will say oh you can use it for your next apt… then they won’t reschedule you or attempt on days they know you can’t make it ex. 9am on a random Thursday when you always go in late afternoons or early morning Saturdays. They’ll reschedule you and unless you reach out they don’t say a word but god forbid you cancel - you’ll be charged no matter the reason. One time my hair cut was so uneven on one side I had to come home to balance it out on my own Another time — I always pay for a FULL highlight bright blonde and request high blonding on roots and money peice… half my hair was bright on one side (bright ish) the other side had barely any highlights (strands of blonde) and I had to go back and they fixed it… well barely, just made the money piece a LITTLE wider and they just want you in and out as fast possible. Not even sure if they do deep condition or anything - they don’t tell you what products they use or what processes. My hair started falling out after going here several times for over a year - it was constantly needing "touch ups" and this is probably their strategy - low quality have you come back and convince you it takes time and time (over a year) to go "full blonde" which is in fact a lie. Went to a new salon, healthiest and brightest full highlight, my hair feels smooth and shiny and the toner didn’t wash out after just a single wash nor after 20+ washes Don’t waste your money here if you’re not already blonde. The irony of offering blonding services when in fact - a blonding service to a blonde is actually such an Utah thing. Go to a school - save your money - and when I’m there - yea they talk crap about you after you leave in FRONT of their other clients (overheard so many conversations of girls and women who had sat next to me and just left) It’s just a bad experience - bad vibes - you can tell the hair stylist really don’t want to be there and they just want you in and out as fast as possible I honestly should have had the courage to ask for a refund after the last time…. But the tech is nice and it’s so unwelcoming to say you didn’t like it. I can’t believe they charged me after having a family emergency and also got rescheduled on the day of my birthday. Spent so much money here…. And they don’t care if you’re a regular or someone off the sidewalk

Brookyln Falkner is seriously SO good at what she does!! Not only is she extremely skilled with doing hair, she is so genuine and kind while doing it! I recently did an all over color for the first time ever and she absolutely nailed it! If you ever want your hair cut or colored to perfection... BOOK BROOKLYN!!

Rylie Stagg did an incredible job and I can't recommend her enough. I went in with hair that had been many different tones and she did such a great job getting it to exactly what I wanted. She took her time and was so sweet throughout the whole process! I highly recommend you go to Rylie to get your hair done. I can't wait to go back to her!
