Gosh, this is a tricky review because the stylist herself was very kind and patient. I brought my two daughters (ages 6 and 8) in for the $15 hair tinsel application. Our appointment was at 4:00 pm and we arrived early at 3:45 pm. Unfortunately, one stylist had called off, so instead of both girls being done at the same time, we waited until about 4:35–4:40 pm for them to be seated. Totally understandable circumstances, but it did make the experience much longer than expected, especially with kids. Once seated, the girls were excited and happy to get started. My youngest chose orange and gold, which were super cute, but the five strands applied were very thin and extremely hard to see. My daughter even mentioned she couldn’t see them, so I politely asked if a few more could be added higher up. The stylist kindly agreed, which helped a little. My eldest chose dark blue and silver — beautiful color options — but again, the initial five strands were very thin, especially with her thicker hair. I politely asked if two more could be added higher so the color would blend and be more noticeable, which did improve the look. At checkout, I noticed an additional $15 service added. When I asked, I was told it was for the extra strands that had been added. This was frustrating because that cost was never disclosed beforehand. Had I known, I would have appreciated being told first so I could decide. I assumed the thin application may have been a mistake and that adding a bit more for visibility was part of the service. After seeing the results again the next day, I was honestly disappointed. I brought my girls in so they could feel extra special and girly for our baby shower this weekend, but the end result just wasn’t what I expected for the price. While the staff was kind, as a mom giving an honest review, I don’t feel the outcome matched the experience or cost. I would recommend asking very clear questions upfront about visibility and additional charges before booking.

I had a wonderful experience at Ulta thanks to Denise. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help.Denise took the time to listen to what I needed and guided me with thoughtful recommendations that made the whole visit easy and enjoyable. Her upbeat attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. I left feeling confident in my purchase and grateful for her support. Denise is a fantastic representative of Ulta, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

Jessica Jessica Jessica! Jessica Wilson that is, Jessica the manager, let me tell you this woman deserves thee highest pay! So I was there for a while with my 8 year old daughter restless ready to go but I was smelling different perfumes to add to my collection when here comes Jessica referring me to the best smelling perfume amongst all the high end brands, juicy couture new one, omgggg I got this one and the new dolce n gabana one but like Jessica said the juicy couture had my man friend saying damn babe you smell good! I said omg Jess said I would 😂😂it smells soooooo good! Girl you are definitely an expert at the best smelling scents because I am so not a fan of floral scents so this one was spot on! I will be back for your advice on my next few bottles. Thanks girly 💁🏽‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️

Went in yesterday looking for an updated foundation. Im 40 and currently use Fenti tint drops, which is great but noticing lately my under eye is dry and creasing when I use the elf hydrating concealer and morphe pink setting powder. The store manager brought over Jessica to assist and they both listened to my needs. Jessica suggested the Mac radiant concealer and Clinique under eye cream (there was a sale 25%off) . I'm so glad she helped me because it wasn't that I needed a new foundation or all these products (she didn't push any on me) for a solution, but better hydration under my eyes. She also provided primer samples from Mac and today my makeup looked sooooo much better! I'm so glad I didn't end up spending tons of money when I just needed minor tweaks. Thank you again Jessica for your calm and helpful demenor and not just being an employee focusing on sales. Store manager was also very helpful. All the girls there were helpful.

This store needs to work on their customer service. Cashier girls were really rude. I get its Christmas time but also show a little respect to paying customers. To be specific, Natalie was my cashier. Management needs to talk with her about treating customers like they care and bot just trying to rush and move on to the next customer.

This store is absolute trash! Zero customer service. I don’t know what type of training these little girls are provided with, but they should NOT be in a customer service position. Do not shop here. They are so rude. Read the comments. We can’t all be telling lies and complaining about the same issues if it were not true.

Jessica very rude cashier, doesn't know anything about customer service how do you have anyone like this working for Ulta. No respect for the elderly.
