Jordan transformed my hair in a way I’ve wanted for years but was never able to achieve before, and they did it seemingly effortlessly. I honestly didn’t give them much to work with but within a short amount of time and a few clarifying questions, they understood exactly what needed to be done and clearly explained both the why and the how. They were upfront about the extent of the cut and made sure I fully understood and felt comfortable every step of the way. It was incredibly easy to trust them in a situation where I don’t easily give trust. This may be hard to believe, but my hair actually turned out like the photo I showed them! I’m so happy with the cut and having so much fun with it. Jordan also shared meaningful advice on scalp care and styling, which is something I really value them taking the time to do. I also really liked that gratuity is included in the cost of the service. It removed any guesswork and let me feel confident that Jordan was being compensated fairly for their work. I’m so glad to have finally found Jordan and will definitely be back. Thank you, Jordan!

Jordan was incredible! Overall, the vibes of the studio were great and Jordan was so kind and knowledgeable. Before the haircut began, we discussed what I wanted and then Jordan helped me visualize while confirming what we were going to do with my hair. After the haircut, Jordan gave great suggestions on how to style it. Pricing was very fair and Jordan made this experience wonderful. I absolutely recommend!!

In the past I've struggled a lot with hairdressers not listening to what I want for my hair. That changed for me when I found JPalm. I've now been going to them for 2 years, and I couldn't be more happy with their work every time!! Jordan is a kind, talented, and fun individual. I absolutely love the energy of their space and always feel like I'm in the best hands! They take care to make sure they really listen and understand your request. Every haircut I've gotten was exactly what I wanted. I highly, highly recommend JPalm. I've never liked getting my haircut before, but now I look forward to every one 🙂

This is my second time getting my hair done at JPalm. I love my hair everytime and get so many compliments. I have had a tough time with my appearance and have not had the confidence to explore what makes me feel good about myself. However, with my last cut, I feel more like myself, even though the style is somewhat unique! This hairdressing business is one of the best for somewhat specialty haircuts!

I have been with JPalm Hairdressing for about 1.5 years and it’s safe to say I will never let anyone else touch my hair. Jordan is so knowledgeable, respectful, professional, and a great listener. They really take the time to understand what you want while being collaborative and offering their expertise and guidance for what will work best for you and your lifestyle. The salon space is warm and welcoming and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. I could not recommend JPalm more!

Went in feeling nervous to try out a new haircut/style. JPalm helped figure out exactly what I was envisioning and was able to really show me I can do more with my hair than I thought. They were incredibly informative about how to style my hair so that I am able to recreate it at home. Seriously such a great experience and would highly recommend!

Jordan is an INCREDIBLEY talented artist. I came in with pictures with little to no idea why I liked the haircuts, but Jordan helped me work thru my ideas and make sense of them. Does this make them a hair therapist? Quite possibly. I received the best haircut I’ve had in my 35 years. I will be booking again and if you’re even contemplating going to JPalm Hairdressing - just do it already! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
