scheduled an appointment, arrived for appointment and checked in, they had me wait 15 minutes before informing me my appointment had been canceled. no phone call to make me aware in advance.

Kyrstin did a great job on my hair today! I always ask for a trim and most stylists at other salons take off way too much, but not Kyrstin! She gave me exactly what I asked for and I couldn’t be happier!

One of your stylists did the absolute opposite (ashy, plantium, to the root) of what i wanted (natural grow out, honey blonde) and when i contacted her about getting it fixed (the next day) she told me no and ghosted me. 🙂 So i went to another stylist and will be terminating my services with your stylist. ⭐️ I had been going to this stylist 1-2 times per year for 6ish years.

Ricardo was able to fit me in his schedule in a pinch and he did a great job! You can always tell when someone has been cutting hair for 20+ years. I will definitely be coming back here! I’ve never had such a clean haircut and he was a very awesome person to work with!

Barbara has been doing my hair for quite some time. She has been one of the best people I have found who can give me the cut and color I'm looking for. She has always been so good to work me into her busy schedule and the outcome has always been spot on! Her staff and employees are just as amazing that I feel like I am family everytime I come in. Danielle is amazing. She was very detailed when doing my perm, and when some places in my hair didn't hold the perm, she was more than willing to help me fix it. My hair hasn't look this good in a long time. It's the first time in years I actually feel confident.

Absolutely amazing!!!! I came in today almost in tears, I got my hair cut at a different salon 5 days ago and the lady butchered my hair. I drove and called all over Ogden but being a Monday no one was able to help me. I walked into Nicholls and Co and a wonderful woman was leaving for the day. She decided to stay and help me fix my hair! That is absolutely amazing!!! I won’t be going anywhere else after my experience here. I greatly appreciate that this stylist was so kind to stay and fix my hair after the worst bad hair week of my life. I am so greatful and will definitely recommend this salon to everyone. My hair now looks wonderful and she didn’t have take too much off of my 24 inch length that I have been growing for years now.
