This location was very well decorated and the staff were very professional. We were greeted immediately and asked if we would like a beverage upon arrival. The stylist took us in immediately. She followed the picture we showed her exactly. The price was reasonable also. We will be returning, thank you.

Well, looks like I won’t be going back to Hair Saloon O’Fallon, MO. They let go their best employee. Someone who was the adult in that shop. Someone who was a good role model for the younger employees. Someone who ALWAYS treated the customer with respect and AWAYS provided exceptional service. Good help IS hard to find especially today. This employee was someone you could always count on. She was extremely dedicated to her profession and had a great deal of passion for it. Good luck finding someone with the same work ethic. Guess I’ll have to find someplace else to go to get my haircut now..

The men's hair saloon is a very good saloon. All the hairdressers are very nice and cut hair very good for $20. I got a men's clean cut and they served me well.

Booked the appointment online and they were ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Crystal asked the right questions to understand what I was looking for and continued to check in thought out the process. Got exactly what I was looking for.

I forgot who did my son’s hair, but she was short and a brunette and I believe had curly hair. She was so sweet and cut his hair identical to the photo I showed her! We’ve been coming here a while & it was one of the best cuts he’s gotten! 🙂

Today I decided to take a chance in a hairdresser closer to home instead of my regular barber that lives across the city. I ask over the phone if they do fades they said yes and They told me the price was $35, when I get there the hairdresser tells me it cost me extra $10 for a fade start bald, Instead of starting at clip 1. I tell her that I want my hair flowing to the right and I want it to blend with a LOW Fade. But then I learn the she doesn’t even use a electric shaver to actually start the fade at bald although she was charging for the extra labor of starting bald. She asked me if I wanted the "messy" look. And I explain I want the hair to the side and not forward. She gives me a 4/10 haircut. It doesn’t blend well in the side and she gives a HIGH to Medium fade instead the low fade I asked. The hair also has a lot of hangover in the side and it doesn’t blend well. Then she tries to fix cutting lower. At the end I learn my haircut actually costed $61 instead that $35 they said over the phone or even the $45 for the BALD LOW fade that I didn’t get. The cashier person explained to me that the extra cost was because she took more than 20 minutes to cut my hair. And still had to give tip (which I definitely did not give a single cent) honestly if she didn’t absurdly overcharged me I would still give a tip. For the money I spent today I could’ve used $45 for a cut AND BEARD with my usual barber and give him $15 in tip. Where he would’ve given me a great fade and my hair would blend well. But I tried to give a chance to someone closer. Now I am $61 short and I have a hair cut that I don’t like. I do not recommend this place.

I’ve been getting my hair cut for 57 years, and unfortunately, my most recent experience at Lady Jane’s in O’Fallon, MO, was the worst I’ve ever had—even worse than my military induction haircut. After leaving Diesel Barbershop due to staff changes and inconsistency, I switched to Lady Jane’s about a year ago. My first two visits were great, but then I had a disappointing cut from a stylist who seemed uninterested and rushed. I let it slide, hoping it was a one-off. Thankfully, my next two visits were excellent. The manager introduced me to the "camouflage" service to blend my gray, and I received a great beard trim and hot straight razor shave. On my following visit, another stylist did a fantastic job with my hair and beard, though she couldn’t provide the straight razor shave. I was charged $60, which I felt matched the quality. Today, however, I was assigned the same stylist from my earlier bad experience. The service was, again, subpar: The camouflage service wasn’t available My haircut and beard trim were both uneven She didn’t clean the hair off me until I asked for a wash She never rinsed the loose hair from my beard After a towel dry, my hair was left messy, and I had to ask for a brush My face was left unshaved and not lined up Despite the poor service, I was charged nearly $40. After being let down twice by the same stylist, I’ve decided to look elsewhere for my haircuts. Consistency and professionalism matter, and unfortunately, Lady Jane’s has lost my trust.
