The lady’s attitude was really terrible. I was being completely respectful and even politely complimented her craftsmanship (though honestly it wasn’t much different from the ones in Ann Arbor…). When it came time to pay, I said "credit card," and she said, "Cash only." I asked if I could Zelle her a bit extra instead, and she took me to the far corner, pointed at a handwritten note on the wall (who could even see that?), and said, "Do you understand English? Only cash." Then she just turned away and went back to what she was doing… Luckily my friend was nearby and helped me grab some cash. I’ve never seen someone so rude — is it really that hard to speak to customers politely?😅😅😅

I've been here a few times for haircuts and a perm, and the woman who runs the salon (I believe her name is Maria) is incredibly sweet and welcoming. The first time I came in was for a perm—my first ever—and she did a great job. It lasted about five months and looked great the whole time. Since then, I’ve been coming back for regular haircuts. I usually show her a picture because I’m not great at explaining what I want, but she gets it right every time. She takes walk-ins, which is super convenient, and the salon is always clean and comfortable. She's close to my house, easy to talk to, and really knows what she’s doing. I always leave happy with the result.

Painful experience. Kept hitting my ears, cut off my sideburns, it made my thick beard look stupid. And demanded cash. No credit. I will never go back.

This is the worst salon I have ever experienced. They over permed my hair root. My hair root is flat now, looks like I have no hair on the top of my head. My hair All Died!!!My hair keep dropping! Every time I touch my hair, it will drop a few. So depressed to see my hair go.

Very costly. Hair cut was for $30. I did not see anywhere what is the price before doing a hair cut. Also cash only. Hair color is $70.

Maria has done a great job cutting my hair. It's easy to make an appointment, the price is reasonable, and she takes care of business.
