Lady Jane's Haircuts for Men- Northville (Haggerty Rd - Just South of 8 Mile)

Looking for a new place for my son and I. We tried to do a walk in, they said they were busy and could help us in about 45 minutes. That wasn't an issue, I understand they were busy and we didn't have an appointment. When we walked back in after waiting though, a different girl said no, they were fully booked for for the day. I explained that I already spoke to the other girl but she was having none of it. Their loss, considering we get a cut and shave every three weeks.

The tv programs were nice to watch. Seen several ladies walking around hold conversations and I am just sitting there for what felt like forever as I had time to go to restroom and then took a quick nap in the waiting room chair. Waste of time. One person did acknowledge me to tell me she was waiting on an appointment to walk in, after she walked around and talked for over 20 min.

I’ve been a client here for over three years, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jenna consistently provides excellent haircuts and professionalism, and I appreciate that I’m never left waiting more than 10 minutes past my appointment time. Even when Jenna isn’t available, the other stylists I’ve seen deliver the same high standard of quality and care. I truly trust this team and highly recommend them.

Jenna is the absolute best!! I’ve had my hair cut by many others at other shops and she is by far the best. She takes the time to learn and know exactly what you are looking for and then gets you looking your best! She is professional and energetic and makes the whole experience worth coming back for over and over!

I’m so glad I made the choice to stop at this Lady Jane’s a while back. Cece is the first stylist I’ve had in YEARS that has been able to consistently cut my hair exactly how I want it. Being someone who is super picky, having a stylist like that is a huge blessing. Her super down-to-earth personality also makes you feel more like a long time friend hanging out rather than just another customer. If a stylist is unavailable, I used to go find a different stylist temporarily. Not any more! She’s got a permanent customer here!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in for a walk in, and signed in for a walk in. After waiting there for 30 minutes, I was finally acknowledged and was told that something came up and that they had to see the appointments before me which could take upwards of another hour. Would not recommend if you don’t have an appointment and will not be back.

If you want a great experience this your salon. Walked in today for the first time and felt like I knew the hairstylist for years. Great people skills and a great haircut. Ask for Brittany
