Hi i got kerri this time on my hair appointment and i am dissapointed with my results , Last time i got leslie and she did a great job it was 160 for my normal highlights i get AND she curled my hair. I felt so confident and this time They left me unfinished. She left me with some curls and mostly straight hair telling me she didn’t have time for me. Giving me attitude and saying she did me a favor. It was 260. And i am very upset with my outcome. I don’t think i will return.

Willow Sage Salon is the best! Brandi is amazing and always makes me feel so welcome and does my hair perfectly!! Highly recommend anyone to come get their hair done here! The frogs at the front are a plus as well 🤩

Kaitlyn is the only hair stylist I will go to! She's been doing my hair for 3 years. She listens to what you want and delivers it. She specializes in many color and highlighting techniques. She recently did baby lights for me and it turned out absolutely beautiful. She is a rare stylist who never cuts your hair shorter than you want, which is most important to me. She is also the most hospitable and fun to hang out with while getting your hair done 😊

I have been seeing Zoey here awhile and she is phenomenal! She is always so kind, listens and can execute exactly what I am envisioning. I have never been dissatisfied with anything from her or this salon in general. Thank you Zoey for always helping me feel beautiful, you are amazing!

Willow Sage Salon is hands down THE best in the DFW Metro! The whole place has such a fun, welcoming vibe, and it’s the perfect spot to unwind after work (bonus points for keeping the Prosecco flowing 😉). Their prices are really fair for the quality you get, which makes the whole experience even better. Brandi, who manages the NRH location, is an absolute pro. I’ve gone from natural redhead to dark auburn to blonde, and she nails my color every single time. I always leave feeling fabulous! I also love that they’ve got such a sweet mix of locations in North Richland Hills, Fort Worth, and Grapevine — each spot has its own unique feel, and they’re all crazy busy. Honestly, it doesn’t matter which one you go to, you’ll be in great hands.

I had an amazing experience at Willow Sage Salon today! Erin did a fantastic job with my haircut, blowout, and deep conditioning treatment. She was professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. My hair feels so healthy, soft, and looks absolutely gorgeous! The salon itself had a welcoming atmosphere, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. I highly recommend Erin and Willow Sage Salon to anyone looking for expert hair care. I’ll definitely be back!

Kaitlyn is amazing! She is a perfectionist, who takes the time to make sure her clients are happy! I typically sit an awkward silence, unable to communicate properly with my Hair professional; With Kaitlyn, I feel comfortable and she made it her goal to find out exactly what I want and to communicate with me every step of the way.
