Wow this place is amazing!! The did an online consultation with me told me exactly what I needed to know. Service was fast and amazing!! Here r before and after pictures

I am a pretty impatient person so I went as a walk in hoping they could take me. Marina took me right away and asked what I had in mind. I showed her what I wanted and she got right to work with shampooing my hair. She seemed very knowledgeable and I trusted her to give me something that would compliment my features. I had dyed and bleach my hair myself so she noticed my hair color was a bit all over the place and offered full color so I agreed with it. She didn’t force me to make conversation which I love because I go to relax and I’m not talkative. Overall experience was great and Marina did a fantastic job. She even fed me when I mentioned I was hungry!! She was amazing ! It was 190 for a cut, color and blow dry which is pretty normal these days. Place was clean and music was lovely

This place made me cry TWICE Both times they did not listen to my requests and it doesn’t help that both of them didn’t speak English. She cut my hair unevenly and gave me uneven layers. I asked for one and a half inch and she cut two and a half inches. When I confronted her about it she tried to gaslight me into "liking my hair" and told me it’s my fault because my hair is curly. My hair type shouldn’t be an exuse of their bad quality cuts.

So happy with my results after struggling to find someone I can trust with my hair I called hair touch the person who answered the phone was so sweet she told me to come in to do a hair strain test for the bleach I came in and the entire staff was amazing . I did a walk in and Joselin took care of me and I can say she is a miracle worker so happy with my results I will be coming back 100 percent ! And best of all my hair is not damaged due to the bleach ! I recommend Joselin ! Thank you for you’re hard work

IF YOU GONTO THERE YELP ACCOUNT YOULL NOTICE ALL THE REVIEWS ARE FOR MARINA BECAUSE THE MANAGER IS GETTING THESE BOUGHT SO NO BACK LASH GETS PUT ON HER.till this day they won’t give you a refund. Do not come here, very unprofessional people that don't know what they are doing. Had a service with Marina and she completely burned all my hair off. Waiting 10 years for my hair to be so long just so she can burn it all off. I went in for a balayage and my hair is deep boxed dyed black. I let her know "I know I won't get the look I want but dark brown is ok" She responded saying don't judge my work let's for do what we can. Below is my hair before and after going-- she ruined my hair. Marina does not know what she is doing and shouldn't have a cosmetology license. I will report her to the state board. Marina is quite aware of what has happened to me and still refused to give me a refund. If you want to pay $300 to get your hair, not damaged, but destroyed, then this is the place for you. The next client that comes in should beware. I spoke with the manager too and she also refused to give me a refund. I was forced to spend another 100$ to buy treatment that hasn't been able to fix this irreversible damage on my hair and self esteem.

Love this salon. All the girls are so friendly, talented and professional. Era is my favorite, a true hair artist.

I was trying to look nice for Thanksgiving and turned out into a nightmare!! Angelica colored my hair and was only supposed to trim my split ends, but she literally cut my hair really short, and since my hair is curly when dry, it's up to my shoulders and then it looks like a " V" which looks so UGHLY!! Not only did she cut it short, but it has NO STYLE it looks so UGHLY!!! I spoke to the male owner, and he said he felt bad for me . I told him I felt worse . I literally cried because it takes forever for my hair to grow, and now it's like starting all over . This is UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! He said he wanted to fix the problem, but how !!? It's too short to try to fix it. The best thing he can do is refund me the money for my haircut ( $35) . I'll give him a few days. If not, I'll contact the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. My hair is a complete disaster!!!! I've never had anyone with no knowledge of what they're doing cut my hair!! How can she work there she probably has no license and makes me doubt their other staff. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
