Diamond Cutz Barbershop and Salon

First impression...wow! My husband scheduled an appointment with Donnie Anderson for a haircut and an appointment for my eyebrows, 8/30@8a on this company booking website, Booksy. We arrive there 7:48a in the rain. The door was locked so we waited figuring, ok, they are not open yet. I need to mention, we were dropped off by uber. So my husband noticed someone inside and got their attention to come to the door 8:18a. There was a lady that came to the door and barely opened it while asking, "can I help you"? My husband asked for Donnie and she stated that he wasn't there and hurriedly closing and locking the door. She didn't give my husband a chance to say that we were there for an appointment and she didn't ask either. So we waited un 8:30a, the barber was not there by this time, so we decided to leave. This is what happens when there's no responsibility/accountability isn't present. Sometimes, doing business goes way above just making money because I assure that my husband and I will be charged for services that we didn't even get. Also, at what point are you, Donnie, as the barber, are you held responsible for not showing up or even directing/notifying whoever you have in your shop that you're running or something and that you have a client that should be there to let them that you're coming, that is, if you have even checked your Booksy calendar for your clients of the day? So, nevertheless, that first impression, was not a good one from our standpoint. We hope and pray that you and your business have great success, whatever that means for you. What's really the question is, do you conduct your business in a business manner? We didn't get any service except for being rained on, welcomed by mosquitos and a cost of an uber ride to and from, thanks.

Much respect to Mr Mickey he plays no games and is one of the best barbers in the business. I went in with my my beard looking bad and when he was done I I was feeling like new money off the press.. Watch him cut this guy fade and it was sharp as a blade. Also his his timing is very professional and on point. If any one needs a great barber Mr Mickey is your guy. Go check him out 💯💯💪💪💪

The most unprofessional shop i been to all my life if its appointments only you guys should really put a sign to let potential customers be aware of this especially being a black barber shop WE got to do better sat for a hour a little longer than that got something to eat and everything and i was there before people and did not get informed that this is appointment only i had to ask but my money was not spent there. Made an appointment at Posphate road and turned away at the empty barbershop when I arrived and was told it's by appointment only. Apperantly only the other barbershop offer online appointments. What a dissapointment. Sort out your systems, you have to do better in this day and age!

Great service but needs some lighting so it's easy to be noticed, also disinfect the clippers after every haircut guys,, we're living in a pandemic era!! Thorough clean up is needed as i noticed hair flying everywhere.Please use ppe when touching everyone's head and while applying those spray!!!! Thanks see you soon 🔜

Have tried to go to this barber on three different occasions in the last 3 months. First time was ok but they charge a lot for just a buzz. Second time the site claimed they were open when they weren’t. Third time now they only take appointments. Very unprofessional shop. Take your business elsewhere.

Mickey, by far one of the best barbers around the Lowcountry area. He has been my barber for around 20 years.
