I had an appointment scheduled for 1130. Arrived at 11:20 and checked in at the front desk. She said it would be a few minutes and go ahead and have a seat. I proceeded to sit for 45 min with not a word from anyone in the salon. At that time, I went back to the desk and kindly asked what was happening, and reminded her that I had been sitting there, and I have other things scheduled that afternoon. The young lady at the desk said she was going to go talk to the stylist, came back to inform me that the stylist had to curl someone’s hair first and she would be with me in a bit, which would take at least another 15-30 min. At that point it would be a hour and fifteen min past my appointment time for her to even get started! The stylist never came out and apologized, no managers apology, no one asked if I was even able to wait. I guess I’m just expected to waste my time without any accountability from the stylist. I’ve never felt so invisible! This appointment was scheduled as a "new client" appointment. Scott Talbot in Canton did NOT make a good impression. Their customer service skills are lacking, to say the least. And they could use some training on scheduling clients. My time is just as valuable as everyone else’s. I seriously don’t mind waiting a few extra min but this was beyond anything I’ve experienced. 4-5 people at the desk, chatting and no one is checking on customers? I’m so disappointed. I have autoimmune issues and don’t get out much. This was a big deal for me. I was so excited to feel human and get a haircut for the holidays. Such a disappointment. Probably better I walked out because at that point she would have been in a rush with me because she was so far behind schedule.

Love going there. My hairdresser, Karla, is fantastic and she uses a razor to cut my hair. Her coloring is phenomenal and I can't say enough good things about her and the gals at the reception desk.

Paige did my haircut and style, and I am so happy with how my hair looked! The price point, time it took to get my hair done, and the end result were all so perfect. I will absolutely be going back to Paige the next time I have an event to go to ❤️

The owner and Katie Monter has done an amazing job fixing my daughters hair that was messed up by Alex .. Katie gave my daughter alot of information and Joe gave her treatments and got her hair fixed with no cost to us!!! Extremely impressed with salon owner and Katie definitely very professional and kind ! So thankful for all their help !

I’ve been going to this salon for a long time. I love this place. Staff is wonderful. The facility is lovely. Krista Sands has been doing my hair (and my mom’s hair) for 5+ years she always makes my hair look beautiful and works within my budget. She’s an expert in color, everything hair and is always staying up to date on the latest expertise in her field. I also wanted to give a shout out to Morgan who takes care of my kids cuts and always does an excellent job. If you’re in need of a facial Emily is also amazing! I have met some wonderful women who work there. They have different levels of girls which can help if you’re on a budget. I highly recommend my girls and this salon!

I cannot say enough great things about Krista Sands! She is truly a color magician—my cut and color are consistently flawless every single time. Krista has an incredible eye for detail and always matches my color perfectly, giving it a natural, vibrant finish that I get compliments on constantly. This salon is the best! The women at the reception desk are always friendly and helpful. Krista Sands has cut and colored my hair for too many years to count. She always seems to know just what my hair needs, and listens to what I have to say. She is an expert in color, as well as what cut suits you best. She never tries to push product or services on me, but will suggest either as needed. And that is important to me. If you want a top notch stylist, look no further than Krista.
