Keri was amazing! She was so patient and went over many options that would best suit my hair needs. I am so in love with my new cut!

Second time going for a cut and what an awful experience! Mary who did my hair today was God awful. She was not friendly and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I did ask if she was sad and she said that she had allergies and wasn’t feeling well. I’m empathetic to anyone not feeling well but it’s not right to paying customers. I didn’t want to tip her at all but I felt bad that she had to come to work in that condition. I repeatedly tried to help her because I have very thick curly hair but she seemed annoyed. Also usually they put a towel on my back when they are washing it but nothing. It was a sloppy job. She did her best on her condition I suppose but I could tell she was annoyed angry and sick just didn’t want to be at work. Lesson learned. I’ll make sure to go to Layla next time. Not a Merry Christmas Mary. *Layla was so sweet and listened to what I wanted. Perfect!

Supercuts at 530 N. Carrollton Ave. is a superior location. I received an excellent haircut from different three barbers. All of the barbers in the shop were professionals. I recommend Supercuts to all of my family and friends.

Chante' did an excellent job and is a credit to your company. I will return again thanks to her expert technique and superlative customer service. (Months later: I came back, and Kourtney took care of me and did a great job from start to finish!)

Be aware that there are services that are listed on the N. Carrollton (New Orleans) location, that the website lets you book an appointment for, that the stylists at that location do not actually do. I arrived on time for my appt, waited for 45 minutes, then was told told they would not do a shampoo & blowout, a service that was listed on & that I booked ON THEIR WEBSITE. What a colossal waste of my time.

I asked for a haircut that I had previously gotten I was so disappointed at how short she cut my hair I mean it was a step from Kojak! If she didn’t remember how it was she should have ask, are used a different clipper guard! After the first swipe I knew it was to late stop her! I wanted to ask her how would she feel if someone cut her hair and made her look like a man! I’m furious right now! No i will not be returning!

First time visitor. I left VERY PLEASED with my cut. My stylist was Keri who very pleasant and she provided me with my requested cut. Most definitely will return
