Ooh La La Hair Salon

March 1st, 2025, was my 1st visit. Sandra was kind enough to take me "last minute," and I showed up Sat morning for a root touch-up, a partial highlight, and a trim. With tip, it was $260, which is comparable to what other salons charged me. This salon is very clean and runs like an assembly line. Sandra started off by coloring our hair, there were 3 women ahead of me (at 8am) and then another nice lady washed my hair (and massaged my head which was amazing), then Sandra added the foils, another lady rinsed my hair & then Sandra trimmed my hair. All of that was great. The reason I gave a 4 instead of the 5 is because they left my foils on a bit too long, and my hair got bleached too much in spots. Things like this happen, I guess, so I may give them another try. Overall, this was a good experience, and contrary to other reviews I read, Sandra was great. She's a busy businesswoman. She did her job and didn't chat too much. Which is exactly how I like it. Overall, all staff seemed friendly and hard working. The other customers seemed to know each other and the staff, making me think it's a tight community. Love that.

I wouldn’t go to any other salon. Sandra is amazing and a true professional when it comes to hair. I always trust that my hair is going to end up beautiful and she’s never disappointed!

To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. This place and Pedro came highly recommended by a co-worker. I was so excited about my appt. I had a 10:00 appt. By 10:45 Pedro came out to me and asked what I was looking for and I showed a photo. He went back inside. By 11:30 I was still sitting out in the waiting area. He had come out, talked to a friend of his, who was a walk in by the way and he told her he would take her. When the girl came to get her I spoke up and stated I had been there since 9:45 for a 10. She brought me in back out a towel around my neck and there I was left to sit. Not one time did Pedro come over to apologize for keeping me waiting, nor was I offered to see someone else. At one point I got ill and went to the owner and said something. By 12:20 I had reached my breaking point. 2.5 hours left to sit and weight, all the time being complete ignored. Never in my life have I ever been treated like this in a salon. I was a new client. Not a good look at all. Practically on the verge of tears, I approached the owner again to express my sincere disappointment. All she offered to me was "Ge is independent, I can’t control how he handles his appointments. I’m sorry as the owner of the salon, it is also a bad look for you to allow stylists in your salon to be treated in such a terrible way.

Called in. Made an appointment told them my hair was natural and that I wanted to cut my hair and straighten and style it. The person was short on the phone but I figured they were busy. When I showed up as sooon as that stylist saw me she told me she couldn’t do my hair and wouldn’t be able to get it straight. I was told I could get a Botox treatment which was $90 in addition but she also could not cut my hair. So I didn’t get my hair done… the photos I have attached are not the work of this salon but I am showing you my hair when it is natural, straightened by me at home, and straightened by the salon. This is not a salon for you if you have natural hair that is not 4c they wouldn’t even wash my hair and blow dry it…. Because my photos are not from their business they will delete or flag my post this is the second time I’ve put this here

Absolutely love this salon! They are so sweet and accommodating. My hair always looks amazing after leaving there. I’ve referred quite a few people and they have loved their experience there as well!

My daughter and I have been here a few times. They were quick especially when we were a walk-ins.
