Knockouts Haircuts & Grooming

Been coming to this Knockouts NB since it opened. Kyli has been cutting my hair for the last 3 years. SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Knows what I want, and gets it right every time! Am a grumpy old man.. and not overly fond of any on line booking process, but to get my hair cut by her, I endure. What my wife spends at nails and hair , is 20 times what I spend, so had no guilt when she talked me into trying some of their other offerings. Got me to getting nose and ear wax, cause I was starting to look like my dad. Has even gotten me to have face skin treatment. If you are in a hurry, or impatient ( wanting a 7 minute super cut).. Kyli might not be the one for you, cause she is an absolute perfectionist. If you want to be treated like a king, and come out looking like a champ, ask for/book Kyli! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Took my sons in over the weekend to get a haircut with Kellie and Kyli We always come to Kellie for his haircuts because he trust her to cut his hair. My son’s autistic. she's always does a great job with him. My oldest son has been getting his haircuts from Kyli since we moved here over a year ago. She always does a great job with him and he is treats him good. I have also gotten my haircuts from both. I would recommend both of them if your looking for a nice cut!

Not worth it. Got the KO combo plus left a tip, spent $75 total and it was... Meh. The haircut itself is nice but if you're coming here for the shampoo scalp massage and neck massage it leaves a lot to be desired. Neck massage was short and she skipped the scalp massage. She also skipped one of the two shampoos. Spoke with management and they just denied everything, and said I was on camera receiving services I most definitely did not receive. Now I wonder who they were looking at in the video or if they just lied. Won't be coming back. Do not recommend.

Been seeing Karina for a while now and she has never disappointed. Does a great job every time. Both hair and beard. She recently had to refer me to Justine and she is just as skilled. I would highly recommend either one.

I have brought my son here for 2 years and never had an issue. My son gets a mullet every time. And every person who has cut his hair has done a fabulous job. Until today. The stylist he had clearly has never cut a mullet before. My text confirmed appointment with Kellie and that is NOT who cut his hair. We ended up with someone different. He had shaved his head this summer and had grew it out for 6 months and returned today for his usual mullet cut. I was charged for a specialty cut and my son walked out with not a mullet, no shaved sides and barely any length cut off at all. I had to make her go back and at least even up the sides because one side was left much longer than the other and just gave excuses of it’s that way because of how it was cut before. (It was shaved completely the cut before) So $50 later, no mullet cut but charged for one and walked out with his hair just barely any shorter than what we walked in with. Very disappointed with the stylist and the excuses instead of making it right.

I’ve been going to Bridget at Knockouts for over a year now. Twice a month, sometimes three, because I’m meticulous about my fades. I’ve been getting fades for 20+ years, and I’m particular to the point where I won’t politely walk out with a bad cut. With Bridget, I never have to worry she has my fade down to a science. Every time I sit in her chair, she already knows exactly what I like and nails it without fail. The results speak for themselves ,I constantly get compliments on my cuts after she’s worked on me. She’s even cut my kids’ hair, and I’ve seen her cut women’s hair, too. She’s truly multi-talented and an absolute asset to any shop. I’ll admit, I’ve been impatient before and tried other barbers. Every single time, I instantly regretted it. It’s worth the time to plan around her schedule. Trust me on that. On top of the skill, she’s a great conversationalist funny, personable, and makes the whole experience feel effortless. Honestly, she’s the reason I keep going to Knockouts. If you’re a guy who cares about the quality of your fade and wants a barber who gets it right every time, go see Bridget. She’s amazing.

The hairstylist Ms Kenzie id say is one of the best ones there always gets my haircut right and hypes me up with different styles. Almost put me to sleep while getting my hair shampooed too but overall the best there!
