She always answers my questions and effectively helps me make a decision on what to do when I’m indecisive (which is often) she’s patient, caring, and it is overall just a great experience every time I sit in her chair. HIGHLY recommend Studio M to anyone and everyone. The space itself is incredibly clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated — you immediately get the impression that this is someone who loves and takes pride in their place of business. Michelle is amazingly attentive, knowledgeable, and skilled. I came in not really knowing what I wanted or what to do, or how to even care for my hair. She was patient, listened, and explained what kind of hair type I have, why I might’ve been doing wrong in the past, and how I should use products to get the look I wanted. I’m trying to grow out my hair and just showed her a couple of pictures of what my end "hair goals" are, and she took it from there. Trusted her implicitly with the cut and style, and Michelle did NOT disappoint — my hair has never been so silky smooth and shiny (I’m a wavy haired girl who’s spent a lifetime of battling frizz) I’ve already booked my next appointment and can’t wait to try some of the add-on treatments, like hydrating hair mask or scalp detox.

Michelle is the most talented and genuine stylist I have ever met. She never fails to give me exactly what I envision. The atmosphere at the salon is always 10/10. The other stylists and clients present at all of my appointments are always pleasant and friendly. The best decision you could make would be becoming a client at Studio M Beauty Lounge!
