I absolutely know that so far Raquel's hair salon is the best in New Bedford,Mass .I have gone to other places and the quality and value does not touch Raquel's hair salon on Arnold st . Ingrid is very caring and pleasant and is a great communicated.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Top notch ladies and gentlemen!

Raquel's Hair Studio is clean and she plays good music. Her service is very friendly and She can cut Hair.Top notch. Try it because she knows her stuff.

I really want to give this place 5 stars, they did an amazing job on my hair, I got a haircut and straightened. Well, I called in advance to ask for prices, so I was told that haircut and straightened would cost between $40 to $45, so I made and appointment. They are great people and they do a great job, like I said. But, when I went to pay, she said was $60. I dont mind paying that for a great job, but the prices are inconsistent from what I was told to begin with it. She addressed the problem and charged me $50. The same happened to a friend of mine, she loved the service, and she did more things than I did, but she was charged two different amounts in two different visits, for the same job. I recommend the place, but if is your first visit, please ask the prices in advance, so you don’t get any unpleasant surprises with prices at the end. And for the business, I recommend to have a list of prices, so you don’t feel like you are being overcharged. I am planning on going back and I will be asking for prices prior the service. Hope this is helpful to others!
