Ohana is a magical gem that I found two years ago. April is totally amazing with coloring. Carrie, the owner, is fantastic as well. The salon is super clean, the decor and holiday decorations make it feel so warm and inviting. She keeps free refreshments and totally makes the clients feel at home. The knowledge of hair coloring and the top line products that they use, makes Ohana Hair Salon the best in Nashville. Ladies (and gents) don't hesitate calling and booking. You won't regret it!

I called the lady at the front desk & said I wanted a mini foil and she said it would be $85. Let me preface, I’ve never had my hair dyed before so I don’t know much about it at all. When I got there I gave her an inspo pic (shown below). I said i wanted a golden honey blonde. She proceeded to bleach my entire head & then when she took it all off, it was legit WHITE. Then when i go to pay she tells me it will be $290. I was VERY confused as to why I was paying so much when I only agreed to $85. They proceeded to make me pay $220 for hair that I absolutely hated. Will never go back.

I was very impressed with the atmosphere and how calming it was because I was really nervous about the result. April made me feel very comfortable. Talked with me about what would be best regarding color and cut she delivered and then some! Even though it was a little bit out of my price range, I promise you it’ll be worth every Single dollar. I’m headed back in seven weeks for a trim!

During a time I needed emergency hair touch up! My Dad had just passed away and as we prepared for everything Carrie came in after hours, very late, just to fix me up so that I could feel as good as possible during this time. I know hair sounds small in comparison, but just the kindness and the care to give me something else to think about for a little while. I am beyond grateful and my hair looked absolutely amazing! Forever Grateful!!!

I love Ohana Hair Salon, and coming here for years. I enjoy the atmosphere, trust the experience, Always happy with result. My husband and kids love to have haircut here as well. Carrie and Apryl are wonderful and experienced specialists and I enjoy my time with them.

when i first moved to nashville it was so hard to find a hairstylist and a salon that i felt comfortable and welcomed in and Ohana was the best place i tried!! April had just moved to nashville around the same time i did and we instantly connected and she styled and cut my hair better than my salon back home! i’m so happy i found this salon and im even happier to have been able to have my haircut by a master stylist, April is truly the best!!!

When I scheduled my appointment I had looked at the reviews and thought why not. The salon was close. I checked the background of the stylists and selected April Jackson. To be honest I had pretty much given up. I'd been to a lot of salons and was just never really happy with my hair. I was hoping to just geta cut I could get by with. When I walked in I was really impressed. Sooo nice everything was so pretty and the smells of products candles everything was just amazing. April listened to me and did not just the cut but fixed the color that I was extremely unhappy with and didn't suit me at all. I am still reeling that from just a single conversation she just got it. I left with a great cut and color that made me feel good about the way I looked. She's an amazing stylist super easy to talk with and it's a really easy and wonderful space to be in. I wish there were more than five stars. Thank you April! I'll see you soon.
