Dandelion Salon has a rating of 4.9 out of 5 based on over 1101 reviews on Google
I went to Dandelion Salon for a haircut and base color with Sam and left really disappointed. As shown in the attached photos, I had noticeable dye stains on my face and neck that weren’t acknowledged before I was checked out. My hair also wasn’t dried or styled. I felt very rushed out, likely because it truthfully looks like a mess. The color is patchy with parts of black and parts of brown. If the issues had been acknowledged and cleaned up or adjusted in price, I wouldn’t be writing this. However, I was charged full price, and the service didn’t match the cost. I called afterward hoping they would address the issue, but they were not receptive to helping or accepting responsibility. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I want others to know that if something goes wrong, you may not get much help afterward. Not a place you can trust.
Absolutely amazing. Carrie (idk if im spelling this right) and Sophie did an amazing job! This will be the only salon I go to for the foresable future. Had a bad experience in Clarksville and drove 2 hours for Dandelion, its well worth the drive. I left happy and loving my hair more than I have in the past several years. Thank you guys!
It was my first time visiting Dandelion Salon today. Daisy did a amazing job with my color and haircut! I am in love with my hair 😍 Will go back for sure. They all so nice and welcoming! Just wanted to add this to my review ( the reason why, it's because I noticed that the girl who's checking people in and out) over charge me for the hair clip. I asked her ( on my check out) how much they cost and she told me $12 for dog hair clips and the rest of them $7 ( wich is what I got) and I didn't notice that ( until I got my recipe via email from them)she charged me for something that I didn't get. For that reason...I will not go back to Dandelion Salon again ( even if it was $5 different) .!!
Kitty made every dream and expectation I had come true. She brought my hair back to life and took her time to understand me and my wants. She was realistic with me and gave me her professional opinions on what she thought would look best. I’m a new mom and haven’t had any service done to take care of myself since God only knows when. Kitty took the best care of me and I left that salon feeling refreshed and like me again. I don’t usually take my time to write reviews but I truly couldn’t help myself after this experience. Thank you Kitty! 💋
I went to Carrie yesterday to get what I thought was a simple maintenance trim. We talked through my issues and long term hair goals. To continue growing my wavy hair out longer. It seemed we were on the same page. I specified I wanted blunt ends cut in order to keep my hair healthy and strong as it grew, as well as preserving my curl pattern. As the hair cut continued and we began talking, I didn’t notice she had pulled out the thinning shears and began "removing bulk" from the ends of my hair. I noticed after she had completed cutting one side of my hair that she had been using the thinning shears. When I brought it up, she assured me that this was the best move for my hair, and I trusted her. She is the professional- although I’ve had bad experiences with these type of scissors before- I left well enough alone- trusting her because she is a professional. I take a shower when I get back home, and my hair is absolutely cooked. She destroyed the curl pattern and has left my hair thin and frizzy. I’m going to now have to pay out of pocket for a proper haircut from someone who knows how to listen to the customer and actually knows you shouldn’t use thinning shears on wavy hair. What was most frustrating was management’s response. No effort was made to fix the issue. Instead, I was told to return to the same stylist who caused the problem or to the owner. In order to fix this problem and get my hair back to the length it was before I went in for a trim- I’m going to probably have to wait about another year. Customers are the business, and how concerns are handled matters. You’d think there would be some sort of refund. I now have to pay more out of pocket to fix what this "professional" who butchered my hair has done. Do not go here.
Daisy Marie gave me the best hair color/cut that has ever been on my head. I feel SO pretty and she is such a beautiful person. Im sure all of their stylists are phenomenal, but it would be a mistake not to work with her. 😜
Had a great experience here! I showed Sam some photos and she gave me exactly the haircut and styling that I was hoping for. It's so rare that I've experienced that, I wish I lived in Nashville so I could keep coming back! Highly recommend.
