Had my first visit today and I had such a great experience with Derek! He was super nice, so knowledgeable about curls, and really took the time to explain what he was doing. I left the salon feeling amazing and so confident with my hair. Highly recommend him if you want someone who makes you feel comfortable and cared for! 💕

Derek was amazing! I have always wanted a proper curly girl cut and got just that. He was so personable and passionate about curls. He talked me through everything he was doing. Explained what type of hair porosity I had and what kinds of products were best for my hair type. On top of all that he is funny and warm. The salon is clean and beautifully decorated. 5 million stars!

I had the best experience at Scrunch with Lacey. From the moment I sat down, she instantly made me feel comfortable. She is so warm, friendly, and easy to chat with. Scrunch itself is always such a joy to be in. It's a gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and genuinely comfortable space. It was such a treat chatting with Lacey and Derek while being pampered, and of course getting to pet Tinsley the dog, who was looking especially cute in her holiday sweater. My haircut is absolutely top notch. Lacey took the time to make sure I understood how to style it and truly made me feel like a million bucks. She is clearly an expert at her craft. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Derek was absolutely amazing. I came in thinking all my life my hair was a straight/wavy mess but with the correct cut and styling, it’s actually curly. He is extremely knowledgeable. I left the salon feeling incredible and like I am finally able to tame my hair.

Derek did an amazing job on my hair! I was asking for a big change haircut while simultaneously having anxiety about getting my hair cut lol. He did everything I asked for and nothing that I didn’t ask for. He truly listens and knows how to care for curls to bring out their best. I feel so fresh, stylish, and absolutely grateful to have found this salon! 🩷

Aurora did such a great job with my hair! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and styled it in a way that I could do at home. I explained that I'm a new mom and do not have ample time to do my hair, and she definitely took that into account when styling. She gave me techniques that were manageable to do with limited time with the option of taking more time if able.

Went in looking like a hot mess, and I came out feeling new and beautiful. Derek takes the time to know you, listen to you. He then takes the time to explain what your options are for the best outcome and experience. The atmosphere is comfortable, and the space is bigger than it appears. Would highly recommend scrunch if you're looking for a stylist. You get more than just a cut!
