Always a pleasure coming here Tsega and her staff are great super sweet and accommodating I really enjoy the wash and steam treatment. I colored my hair and Tsega was mindful to not over process my hair which I appreciate. Very good experience here

My wife had a terrible and disrespectful experience at Tsega Salon. She simply wanted her hair handled and cared for in a specific delicate manner, which is how the assistant usually tends to it. However, things took a turn for the worse. What made matters even more challenging was that my wife wasn't aware that the usual assistant was not available prior to her appointment. When she arrived, Tsega, the owner, suggested that her husband would handle her hair instead. Given the unexpected change and feeling uncomfortable, my wife politely requested to reschedule. Regrettably, Tsega's response was shockingly aggressive and argumentative. This incident left my wife deeply disturbed and distraught. She had been a loyal client since October 2022, having paid the salon $4500 during that time, but this experience was the last straw. It's truly disappointing to see such disrespectful customer service. We can not recommend this salon.

Absolutely love, love, LOVE Tsega’s Salon! Super professional, excellent service and you will always walk out feeling and looking your absolute best! I’ve been a customer for years and Tsega trains her staff extremely well. Everyone I’ve had work on myself and my daughter had always done an amazing job.

I had the worst most humiliating customer service experience at Tsega Salon. Securing a good client in business is a difficult process. I don't understand when a business owner would intentionally behave in a manner that would destroy that business client relationship. Unfortunately that is what has occurred. Horrible and offensive customer service.

They don't allow you to choose the stylist that does the best work on your hair. Even if you tell them that a particular stylist has damaged your hair. A lot of staffing issues going on that shouldn't involve the customers. Tsega does an excellent job on weaves and braids. Samantha does a great job with coloring, weaves and blowouts.

I love Tsega and Tsega Solon. I live in San Diego, but I drive up to Murrieta for hair services. I won't let anyone else touch my hair. It took a long time to find someone I trust, and she's the one. I have been going to Tsega for many years, eversince she was working in National City. She's the best!

Yes, I have gone here before and they do a beautiful job with your hair. In my experience, possibly the best. However the issue is pricing. They quoted me one price, but when all was said and done the price went up significantly because my hair had grown an inch so that was more " work ". The husband got involved and it was two against one. I will never, ever, ever forget that day. I was cornered as a customer to pay a price that was not even listed anywhere. I will never go back. In my eyes, they scammed me.
