I had the most amazing experience at this head spa with my best friend! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was so calm and welcoming. The space was clean, cozy, and incredibly relaxing — exactly what we needed for a self-care day. The whole treatment felt luxurious. The scalp massage was gentle but effective, and you could literally feel the stress melting away. Every step was explained and done with so much care, which made us feel very comfortable and pampered. And the blowout at the end was the perfect finishing touch! We walked out not only feeling refreshed and relaxed, but also looking beautiful and confident. Our hair felt so soft, light, and healthy. I highly recommend this place if you want to treat yourself or go with a friend, mother/a love one for a relaxing day. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Elizabeth 😊

I had a wonderful experience with Elizabeth for my haircut. The wash before the cut was phenomenal! It was so relaxing and she went the extra mile. Easily the best wash experience I have ever had! She took the time to understand my hair, what I liked and didn’t like and hair cuts, and asked great questions. The haircut looks excellent. Elizabeth was very friendly and personable, and her spa space is so cute and relaxing.

Elizabeth with Altered Salon and Headspa is a beautiful person both inside and out! She is able to completely whisk you away from all your stress. She treats you to the most relaxing hair washing and head and neck massage in a beautiful setting that takes you away from all the stress of your day! She is a truly talented stylist who has tirelessly worked with me visit to visit as we work out my new hair style and make subtle changes along the way. I’ve never had a stylist give me such in depth advice as well as listening to what I want and my concerns the way she has. Elizabeth gives me the kind of personalized attention I’ve been looking for in a stylist for a long, long time!

If you are wondering which treatment to book - do the full 180 minutes! There isn't a single moment that I would leave out. From the massage chair to the amazing scalp treatment and blow out - Elizabeth is magic with her hands. She is very knowledgable and gave me great recommendations for products for my hair goals. Will definitely be back!

Wowww all I can say is wow! I got the head spa experience today and it was absolutely phenomenal! What an amazing soul Elizabeth is! Not only is she incredibly gifted at what she does, but you can feel her peaceful, angelic energy the moment you walk in the room. It’s meant to be a calm, quiet setting but I couldn’t stop chatting her head off! There’s truly something special about being in her presence. 10000/10 recommend! She has a new client for life now!

Where do I begin? I pride myself on being up to date on the newest treatments and services. However as bad as I would like to gatekeep this little piece of heaven, I cannot . When I say that this service has superseded anything I have ever experienced in the past … believe it! Immediate relaxation starts the second you walk in. The room itself is so adorable and cozy. I was worried prior to coming that the chair might be uncomfortable from salon experiences in the past but the chair is excellent. You melt into it. From start to finish I cannot say one negative thing. Her massage technique is unmatched. One that I have never experienced. When she asked me what part I liked best, I really couldn’t decide. Even the process she takes to wipe off excess oils feels like a massage in itself. The products and tools she uses amazing!!! I didn’t realize so many different scalp brushes existed. I want all of them. I’m very tender headed and not once did I feel pain. Never thought an eye mask cover would bring me so much joy. Now to the massage ,I struggle with tension and neck pain. As if my head weighs 30lbs by itself. Leaving the salon it felt as though my head was floating on a cloud. I felt more energized but relaxed at the same time . My scalp has never felt cleaner. Not only is it a physical experience but a spiritual one as well. You can feel the care and compassion In Elizabeth’s hands while she is working. I recently lost my grandmother and have been struggling with tension and just being physically exhausted/grieving . I have never experienced this before but I got emotional at one point during the service due to how much better I felt and how much of my stored trauma had lifted! I truly feel like nothing is a coincidence and God brought me here (along with a gift card for my birthday )😉. But this will be budgeted in my yearly self care budget. It was like a therapy session without even talking. Truly an amazing gift she has. You can tell when a person has been called to be a healer. I will definitely be back asap!!
