I called for two weeks before an event trying to set up an appointment. I needed my hair cut and styled the day of. Every day I called they told me ‘call again tomorrow.’ Then they told me- after two weeks of calling- ‘we actually don’t have any openings.’ That was information I needed to know before.

Molly was such a sweetheart and did an absolutely amazing job cutting my hair! She was so fun to talk with and made the experience very comfortable and inviting. She listened to what I wanted, and also explained everything she was doing as she did it, which was so nice. I’ve been to a handful of places in Muncie for my hair and have been pleased, but I was very impressed with my experience here by far. Not to mention the facility itself is gorgeous! Will definitely be returning & recommending both Parlour and Molly to friends and family.

Fantastic service, I got my hair done and everyone was very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. My stylist was Daisha and she was very helpful, I have extremely thick, wavy, frizzy hair, and she worked a few miracles, my hair is so soft and has been so much easier to work with. I definitely recommend!

Courtney is a sweetheart she did a beautiful job coloring and cutting my hair. I LOVE IT!!!! The atmosphere and decor of the Parlor when I walked in is absolutely gorgeous!!! I'm looking forward to my next appointment. I plan on recommending the Parlour to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This review is a little late I was married last fall but we received hair and make up services for everyone in our bridal party. The stylists did a great job and we were very happy with how our hair and makeup turned out. However, the process before the wedding day was poorly managed to say the least. Every vendor I worked with for my wedding, had clear contracts or agreements to confirm agreed-upon services, cost, and other details. We called for months trying to get ahold of someone and despite having paid a $900 deposit, didn’t seem to have record of us or our past discussions. Honestly the whole process was terrible, it caused a lot of stress, and I wasn’t sure they would show up on our wedding day. I highly recommend reading Alyssa Mattei’s review below because their experience was very similar to ours. I hope they can improve this process in the future, but for now, I recommend you consider another company for your wedding day.

I was looking for someone to do hair for my August wedding - me and 4 bridesmaids. I called the first time and got a girl who wrote down my info and said they would get back to me. It seemed like a normal call and she said she had 2 people in mind that she thought would be good. 2 weeks later, I called to follow up because I was wanting to get something booked soon. They had never heard of me or knew what I was talking about and I started all over again with someone else. She also said she would get back to me. Again, weeks later and never heard anything. Called a third time and again, nothing. I felt like an inconvenience that they didn’t know what to do with every time. This whole situation was months ago so I definitely would have been waiting indefinitely. I’m not sure why I couldn’t just schedule with someone? Maybe because I had never been there before, they just didn’t know who to put me with? Do people hate doing wedding hair? I didn’t want anything crazy. If anything it would of been very simple. And it’s not like it was a huge wedding party. The whole experience was so bizarre. I’ve told other people about it and someone else told me they had a similar experience where no one got back with them. I had to move on with my life but would of loved to come here, it looks gorgeous and thought it would of made for good pictures.
